Hi! I happen to LOVE peaches! Hmmm, I do have quite a lot, alright, what about a peach cobbler? 

WITCHY SKILLET PEACH CRUMBLE 

For The Filling

6 skinned and sliced peaches

1/3 cup granulated sugar

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp nutmeg

Pinch of salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tsp lemon juice

For The Topping

1 ¼ cup flour

¾ brown sugar

pinch of salt

½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup melted butter

¼ cup buttermilk

Directions:

Over medium heat, combine your filling ingredients in a large skillet. Mix until all the ingredients are melted before taking off the heat.

In a separate bowl mix your flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt together. Add in melted butter and buttermilk. Combine with your hands until it forms a crumble. Spread the crumble on in an even layer.

Put the skillet in the oven for 50 minutes on 350 F. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
