Une fois n'est pas coutume, je me suis essayée à l'écriture d'une fanfiction hors de mon domaine de prédilection (FMA), sur un jeu que j'adore et dont la réputation n'est plus à faire : Baldur's Gate III. Comme mon histoire met notamment en scène Loreley, ma Tav, j'ai décidé de la dessiner pour égayer un peu la fic et permettre aux lecteurs de se faire une meilleure idée du personnage avant d'entamer leur lecture.

C'était la première fois que je tentais de faire un fond naturel, mais je pense m'être pas trop mal débrouillée ! >w<

For the first time ever, I ventured into writing a fanfiction outside of my usual fandom ("FMA"), based on a game I love and whose reputation is well established: "Baldur's Gate III". Since my story notably features Loreley, my Tav, I decided to draw her to brighten up the fic and give readers a better idea of the character before they start reading.

It was the first time I tried to create a natural background, but I think I did pretty well! >w<

Aujourd'hui, c'est Halloween, et pour l'occasion, je vous propose un petit OS particulier, puisqu'il s'agit d'un OS... à choix ! Hé oui ! J'ai entendu certains se plaindre au fond que les choix tardaient à arriver dans "Moments". Afin de vous faire patienter, je vous en offre ainsi un de plus, avec cette histoire inédite :D

Vous aurez le choix entre deux options qui, à l'issue de votre lecture, vous offriront deux fins différentes. À vous, donc, de choisir comment doit se terminer cette histoire !

Just another illustration I made for a fanfic of mine. As it's another "choose your own adventure" type of story, there are several routes that can lead to different endings, which means different versions of Envy, as you can see above :3

Since my English beta reader already has their hands full with my big fic, I don't think I'll be able to translate this one into English — at least, not so soon anyway. Sorry, guys >^<

Alors, oui, ça arrive après la guerre, étant donné que cette illustration aurait dû être terminée la semaine dernière pour la sortie de ma fanfiction « Moments » le 03/10, mais on fait ce qu’on peut ^^’ J’ai préféré repousser sa sortie pour être sûre qu’elle soit aussi belle que possible (surtout qu’elle va servir de bannière :D) plutôt que de rusher et de la sortir à moitié faite.

Bref ! Toujours est-il que plutôt que d’accompagner le chapitre 1 comme prévu à l’origine, cette illustration accompagnera donc le chapitre 2 de « Moments », d’ores et déjà disponible sur :

So, yeah, I'm a bit late considering this illustration was supposed to be finished last week for the release of my fanfiction "Moments" on October 3rd, but I did my best ^^’ I preferred to delay its release to ensure that it's as beautiful as possible (especially since it'll serve as a banner) rather than rush it and release a half-finished version.

Anyway! Instead of accompanying Chapter 1 as originally planned, this illustration will now accompany the French version Chapter 2 of "Moments," which is already available on...

Hier, c'était mon anniv, alors j'ai eu envie de marquer le coup en écrivant un petit quelque chose. On peut voir ça comme un échauffement pour la grosse fic qui s'annonce. Et du coup, j'en ai profité pour dessiner une illustration pour aller avec, que voici !

Aujourd’hui, et après un long moment d’absence, je suis fière de vous annoncer le lancement de mon plus gros projet de fanfiction à ce jour >w<

Quatre issues, deux camps, une histoire ; la vôtre.

Deux mois. C’est le temps qui s’est écoulé depuis ce terrible soir où le Q.G. militaire de Central s’est effondré, emportant Roy et Alphonse, qui y avaient foncé tête baissée au secours d’Edward, kidnappé par les homonculi. Depuis lors, Riza n’a plus revu aucun d’entre eux. On les dit « portés disparus » ; « supposés morts », même. Mais la soldate, elle, est convaincue du contraire : elle en est sûre, elle l’a aperçu au milieu de ce paysage désolé, Edward est bel et bien vivant… et toujours aux mains de l’ennemi.

Pour le sauver et espérer retrouver les deux disparus, Riza va devoir se retrousser les manches et remonter la piste des miettes de pain que l’alchimiste a laissées dans son sillage. Mais la chose n’est pas pour plaire à tout le monde : dans l’ombre, des forces qui la dépassent sont à l’œuvre et n’entendent pas de cette oreille que la jeune femme cherche à leur arracher la pièce maîtresse de leur plan…

Two months. That’s how long it’s been since that dreadful night when Central’s military headquarters collapsed, taking Roy and Alphonse with it after they rushed headlong to rescue Edward, who had been kidnapped by the homunculi. Since that terrible day, Riza hasn’t seen any of them. They are said to be ‘missing’; even ‘presumed dead.’ But Riza is convinced otherwise: she’s certain she saw the boy amidst that desolate landscape. Edward is very much alive… and still in the hands of the enemy.

To save him and hopefully find the two missing men, Riza will have to roll up her sleeves and follow the breadcrumbs the alchemist has left in his wake. But it won't be easy: in the shadows, dark forces are at work and won’t allow the young woman to snatch the key piece of their plan from them…

Embark on an epic adventure of over 360,000 words! Revoici une illustration de couverture pour l'un de mes OS : Le Sacrifice du recueil Life. J'ai dessiné ça il y a trois ans... presque jour pour jour, en plus ! Je me souviens avoir galéré pour le décor. Je n'ai pas l'habitude d'en faire, et objectivement, ça ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard, mais je suis plutôt contente du reflet que j'ai pu faire sur le bureau. Espérons qu'un jour, je saurai dessiner des décors un peu plus qualis ! ^^

Here is another cover illustration for one of my one-shots: “The Sacrifice” from “Life” collection. I drew this almost exactly three years ago! I remember struggling with the background. I'm not used to drawing them, and objectively, it's nothing special, but I'm quite happy with the reflection I managed to create on the desk. Hopefully, one day I'll be able to draw better quality backgrounds! ^^
