Can you tell me the date and location of one of these dealt antifa âriotsâ that I only seem to hear about from angry closet conservative (aka centrist) blogs and not from literally any other source on the planet because Iâm not fully convinced these âriotsâ are actually riots and not just counter protests that yâall just call riots to justify talking down on a group that is fighting facism which yâall think is bad for some reason
You need to understand that believe it or not, thereâs a fundamental difference between the ANTIFA brand and being antifascist. I donât need to tell you a specific time people who have self-identified as ANTIFA have rioted or harassed cities, because itâs all over the news unless you have evidence to dismiss these claims yourself. ANTIFA uses fascist tactics that involve property damage and violence against others to get their message across, which coincidentally is defined as terrorism. Iâm not âusingâ these events put down people who are ACTUALLY against fascism (aka non-ANTIFA members). Iâm simply commenting how several self-identified ANTIFA members have participated in events that damage their own cause.Â
Believe it or not, you can also be against ANTIFA and not be a FASCIST :OÂ
Also, believe it or not, you can be a centrist without CONSERVATIVE :OÂ
As someone who opposes conservatism and according to this scale is on the opposite side of conservatism and authoritarian thinking, itâs no wonder Iâm not a conservative centrist.Â
Crazy right?Â
But yeah, if youâre against fascism, thatâs great weâre on the same side, I just donât use the brand name.Â

I drew this a couple of years ago for a friend who wanted to give their parents a gift for their anniversary. They gave me 10 bucks.

Expressing my opinion on antifa and anticentrism has been something Iâve been meaning to do so for like 10 weeks. Some of you probably thought I was dead, after that one comic about the pizza that got a poor reception.Â
Well, no. If you read my description, youâll see that I am active architect student, which means I dedicate most of my time to my school. Architecture is no silly game. Students have to spend sleepless nights to compose projects just to satisfy their professors, who if theyâre lucky enough arenât the type of jerks that will go out to destroy your work, simply because they donât like it.
Even with something as simple as a cartoon, a stark contrast from our technical drawings in architecture, is still not something I have enough time to work on.Â
The first panel (not the title) took me three days. I started the second panel a few months ago, because this was something I really wanted to publish. So I would estimate about 2 to 4 days?Â
Iâm trying to catch up on this blog, so expect a couple more comics this Winter break, until the end of December, when I have to go back to school.Â
But I digressâŠÂ
The point of the comic being that what I often see in typical anti-centrist comics is completely biased, and the centrist that we usually see presented is often a strawman, like the one I present literally in the first panel.
Usually the excuse is that antifaâs âbeliefsâ are with good intentions, so even when we see examples of them causing violent riots, their actions are justified because what they say, instead of judging them based on their actions.Â
Another thing I notice is that whenever these protesters are represented, theyâre depicted as women and minorities, when often or not weâre talking about white people probably in college, dressed up in gray hoodies and bandannas.Â
Just because youâre movement claims to have good intentions, doesnât mean people donât have the right to judge them when they do something wrong.Â
The askbox is now open.Â

Just made a quickie this week. This comic is based on a post made by Triggered media, about one time when he went out to buy pizza, but got annoyed with the cashier because he had to tell them to add pepperoni to the pizzas when there was only cheese available. The post was basically a rant about why âmillennialsâ are not entitled to a higher minimum wage, because one cashier didnât consider that they could just add toppings, therefore all âmillennialsâ are stupid.Â
I personally do not like using the word âmillennialsâ because the concept of a generations of people is practically made up. Anybody someone perceives to be young could probably qualify as a millennial, maybe around 30 and under. My main issue with his rant was that he used one person to generalize an entire group of young workers as to why not a single one of them might deserve a wage reasonably higher than the default $10/hr.Â
I donât really advocate for minimum wage to be higher than $10/hr. I do think there are good reasons why people should be against it, like how it might be difficult to pay a certain number of workers a higher wage. But I also see other reasons why workers, not just young people, but probably people with families, would want a higher wage. I just got my second job last Thursday, the day after I published my first comic. Itâs a real compliment to my first job which is on call, and rarely am I ever called in to do a project because theyâre so long. My employer hasnât officially announced what my salary would be, but I am looking for $15/hr. Thatâs because I live far away from the office, which is about an hour, so I lose a lot of gas driving towards and back from work. I wonât get angry if they pay me any lower then that, but itâs going to be a real inconvenience for me.
Back to the topic, there are good and bad reasons why some people should be paid more than $10/hr. and not all young workers are too stupid to deserve a reasonable wage. (I personally think that cashier he ranted was inexperienced). This isnât personal attack on anybody, but a form of criticism.Â

So in the span of one week, Iâve been working on a couple of comics to express my opinions on Feminist buzzwords. When I was making these comics I planned to only make like 2 or 3, but I found more buzzwords along the way of my research. This is the first time that Iâve ever drawn comics for discourse, but itâs a good exercise for me, because itâs been a while since Iâve drawn anything.Â
In each panel I wanted to present the hypocrisy or irony of the definitions, and how these examples donât really support the meaning of these buzzwords. If you see floating words that say âwhitepinoyâ on each panel, those are watermarks.Â
This is my first new art blog. My main blog is @thecaucasianfilipino.
EDIT: Manslamming and Bropropriation panels were edited due to an incorrect order of layers, and added extra weight to the lines, respectively.Â
I am also adding sources to my comics. Here is where I got my definitions.Â
