Just a few months ago, Conservatives were headed for a super majority in Canada. They were projected to win by a landslide without even trying. All Poiliever had to do was not be Trudeau. Then Trump gets sworn in, immediately starts doing crazy shit, and terrifies the nation into bringing the Liberal party back from the brink of death. It was looking so bad for the Liberals that there were questions on if they would even win enough seats to form the opposition party. 3 months after Trump's in office and they are only 3 seats away from having won a majority government. It's unheard of!!

Canada, Australia, and Aotearoa have all seen their right-wing parties collapse in popularity since Trump took over.

We were headed for a hard-right turn, but this shift is absolutely unprecedented in modern times. The stark reality of a right wing nationalist future really got people to pay attention.

Unfortunately, it's at the cost of the millions of us in the US who will now suffer
