CBD for Heart health
According to current research, CBD has been linked with several benefits to the heart and circulatory system. CBD has anti-inflammatory and antioxidative properties that may help to reduce risk factors that can eventually lead to heart disease. Cannabidiol may also reduce the risk of stroke and other related conditions. CBD may have the ability to lower high blood pressure, reduced inner artery stiffness, and improved blood flow through the arteries.
Heart Disease
National Center for Health Statistics, and the CDC, have reported that heart disease is the leading cause of death in the US.  Most of us know someone who is affected by heart disease, or have been affected themselves.  One in four deaths are linked to heart disease according to the CDC.  Some examples of heart failure causes are medical conditions (such as diabetes, sleep apnea, and anemia), lifestyle, and genetics.
Endocannabinoid System
Researchers suggest that the endocannabinoid system (ECS) plays a role in the function of the cardiovascular system. The endocannabinoid system is a complex biological system Which impacts many of the body’s functions and brings homeostasis to the other systems of the body. This is made possible by cannabinoid receptors found in our tissues.  Some of these functions that the ECS regulates include appetite, memory, mood, and sleep. CBD stimulates activity of the endocannabinoid system to help it regulate the cardiovascular system.
Heart Disease increases your risk of stroke
A stroke may occur when a blood clot blocks blood flow to the brain. A blood vessel in the brain can also burst, causing a hemorrhagic stroke. Studies have shown that stroke patients who use high doses of CBD may increase cerebral blood flow during a stroke, and it may aid in recovery after a stroke by boosting brain function. This could help to decrease the amount of brain damage caused by a stroke. Most of these studies have been done on animals, so again, more research will be done before any promises of efficacy can be made.
CBD & High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure has been shown to be the biggest risk factor for hypertensive heart disease. CBD research tells us that when given to rats that have elevated blood pressure, a single dose of cannabidiol can lower blood pressure and heart rate. Similar research has shown the same result in humans. Cannabis research is still so new however, and we are continuing to see the many benefits of cannabis.
How to take CBD
Consuming CBD orally is the most effective and quickest way to take advantage of the benefits that CBD has to offer when it comes to heart health. Topical cannabidiol products mainly affect the skin without entering your bloodstream as quickly as with ingesting the product. cannabidiol is not meant to take the place of pharmaceuticals that your doctor may prescribe for you. In fact, it is best to talk with your doctor to make sure that CBD is best for you, and to make sure that it doesn’t negatively interact with other medications that you may currently be taking.
Heart disease and congestive heart failure cannot by cured by CBD, however, CBD is currently being studied for ways it may help reduce symptoms or prevent heart disease. Heart failure is caused by a number of conditions. High blood pressure makes it more difficult for the body to allow blood to easily flow through.  Research suggests that even a single dose of CBD can lower blood pressure making it easier for the blood to travel through the body without obstruction by inflammation.

Upgrade Your Massage with CBD
Massage therapists and their patients can benefit from the soul-soothing properties of CBD-infused massage products. Massage bars, oils and salves infused with CBD are therapeutic for the body as well as the mind. CBD is also used to accelerate recovery and the healing process of injured connective tissue.
What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of over 113 naturally occurring cannabinoids identified in the cannabis plant and is known to aid in the balance of mind and body. CBD oil is usually extracted from the whole hemp plant (full spectrum), which should not be confused with the widely popular hemp seed oil. CBD is a major cannabinoid that accounts for over 40% of the plants' extract. Hemp plants that are harvested for CBD oil are bred to contain less than 0.3% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) by dry weight, making it legal in the US and in many other countries.
Why is CBD Beneficial in Massage?
Decreases discomfort associated with peripheral neuropathy.
Aids in the decrease in arthritis pain and joint inflammation.
Helps to decrease back, shoulder and neck pain.
Reduces post-workout muscle fatigue and soreness.
Helps with fibromyalgia pain.
Used to address skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema.
How does CBD work?
Everyone has an endocannabinoid system, which helps regulate the homeostatic functions within the central nervous system. This also includes maintenance of the immune system, bodily functions, pain, and inflammation. Unlike THC, CBD will not get you high when used orally or during your massage. Full spectrum CBD oil products will contain very low amounts of THC, but not enough to cause intoxication. CBD receptors (CB2) are part of the endocannabinoid system, found in immune and nerve cells within almost every organ. Cannabidiol binds to CB2 and TRPV1 receptors. When tissues are damaged, their TRPV1 receptors are sensitive to chemical and physical stimuli. Massage further benefits stimulation of TRPVI activity, and also has a positive influence on CB2 receptors. This helps to alleviate inflammation and pain in muscles and joints. Cannabidiol, an active cannabinoid found in cannabis, has been found to have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Topical administration of CBD is an effective and safe alternative to pharmaceuticals and can improve quality of life in people with skin disorders, especially when caused by inflammation. CBD may also help to reduce acne caused by inflammation that may occur on parts of your body, such as on your back. Further research is being done to find the benefits of cannabidiol for the treatment of skin conditions such as epidermolysis bullosa. Epidermolysis bullosa causes skin blistering, limited mobility, itching and recurrent infections.
Which Cannabidiol products are best for massage?
CBD products commonly used for massage include oils, salves, creams, and massage bars. Oils are best for absorption, creams are best for myofascial work, and massage bars are used to relieve deep tissue tension. When you are choosing a CBD topical for massage, it is important to look at the ingredients list. Carrier oils facilitate the delivery of cannabidiol to connective tissue, muscles, and blood vessels. Some carrier oils work better than others. For instance, grapeseed oil will penetrate many layers of skin to get the CBD where it is most needed. Grapeseed oil also has a silky, smooth texture without being greasy. Coconut oil and beeswax are also great natural ingredients used in massage products, especially for myofascial massage. These thicker ingredients add drag to allow for gentle stretching during massages.
What are the Benefits of Terpenes During Massage?
Terpenes are organic hydrocarbons that are produced by plants. These aromatic compounds can work synergistically with cannabinoids to increase therapeutic potential. Limonene in cannabis, for instance, is a citrusy terpene that is believed to elevate mood and relieve stress. Myrcene is another terpene commonly found in cannabis. Myrcene is a fruity and earthy terpene that has analgesic as well as antimutagenic potential. Pinene found in cannabis has a fresh pine scent. Pinene has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, and it shows promise for treating eczema and psoriasis.
People seek massages for relaxation and to escape stress. When you upgrade your massage with a CBD-infused product, you will have increased benefits with naturally derived compounds without unwanted side effects.

Many of us are exhausted by stress from recent events such as the adjustment to stay-at-home life and the divide in our country due to social injustice. It is so important to check in with ourselves and our loved ones to make sure we are taking time for self care so that we can harness energy to keep moving forward. #restandrelaxation #DIYselfcare (at Portland, Oregon) https://www.instagram.com/p/CBbHP5qBhyD/?igshid=1x88xu0pyv4bs

My favorite is the regular deep tissue massage, and the best massage I’ve ever experienced was a massage+reiki+hot oil treatment at @breatheportland .I had never heard of reiki before, but it is definitely a real thing that works! CBD For Dogs | A Guide for Dog Parents
It is becoming clear that plant-based therapies for dogs are a valid alternative to some current therapies. If you are giving your pet a prescription drug for anxiety, pain or seizures with success, then cannabis products may not be the answer. For older dogs with failing body systems, prescriptions may be harsh on their liver for example. Just like humans, dogs can build tolerances for drugs and become dependent on them. It is nice to have a plant-based natural back up plan for your furry friends.
More About CBD
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring molecule that is a non-intoxicating component of the cannabis plant. CBD is non habit-forming cannabinoid and helps to support normal health. Full spectrum cannabidiol contains over 100 naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes that work together to help the body reach equilibrium. Cannabinoids interact with receptors in the endocannabinoid system which is located throughout your dog’s body. It is located in the peripheral and central nervous system, which helps keep balance in the body. Full spectrum oil contains the popular cannabinoids, CBD and less than 0.3% THC, as well as minor cannabinoids such as CBA and CBN. Ways That CBD May Help Your Dog Currently cannabidiol is used by pet parents to decrease pain, anxiety, and seizures in their dog. Cannabidiol may be safely administered to most pets at a low dose for a variety of symptoms, however it is important that you speak with your veterinarian before use, especially if you are already giving your pet medication.
Dog Anxiety
One of the most common uses for CBD is to relieve anxiety and stress in pets. Pet owners have reported that their dogs have shown less aggression toward humans when giving their dog CBD daily. Customers have reported less barking and more sleeping. Cannabidiol’s anxiolytic effect may affect the symptoms of epilepsy in dogs and humans Epilepsy in Dogs Epilepsy is the most prominent chronic neurological disorder in dogs and is the most common cause of recurrent seizures in dogs. Epilepsy may affect all breeds of dogs, from pure breeds to mixed breeds. Epilepsy can cause seizures that disrupt your pet’s life and can be harmful to their body. Currently over 25% of dogs receiving standard anti-epileptic therapy are not seeing great results for their treatment. CBD has been shown to have anti-convulsant properties, so it is an obvious option as an alternative for dogs that don’t respond to pharmaceutical treatment. Some pet owners administer CBD to their dogs with epileptic seizures and notice a considerable reduction in symptoms. It is best to keep your pet with severe seizures on their current medication and consult with a holistic vet to see if CBD could be an option for your dog.
Osteoarthritis Therapy
Studies suggests that 2 mg of CBD or more twice daily can help increase comfort and activity levels in dogs with OA. Osteoarthritis (OA) is degeneration of joint cartilage and the underlying bone. OA may cause stiffness and pain in areas of the body such as the knee, thumb joints, and the hips. OA is a common issue for middle age to older dogs. One study found that with the correct dosage of cannabidiol may improve pain stemming from arthritis in your pup.
Pain Relief
CBD is used as an analgesic, which is a substance that is used to relieve pain. The endocannabinoid receptor system is known to play a part in pain modulation and inflammation. CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors are distributed widely throughout the peripheral and central nervous system, which control how pain is processed and felt.
Administering CBD to Your Dog
We suggest that you either administer CBD oil tincture orally, add the oil to your pet’s food or water, or give them a CBD-infused treat. CBD in oil form (with a carrier oil) is the best method of administration for your pet, because you can easily regulate the amount you are giving them, and it metabolizes more readily than treats. Treats may be a better option if your pet is a picky eater, as the ingredients may mask the taste of hemp extract. CBD is not as easily absorbed into the gastrointestinal tract, but is easily absorbed through tissues in the mouth, which is another reason why CBD oil (tincture) may be a more effective method for ingestion. The quicker cannabidiol reaches your bloodstream, the quicker you will notice effects from the product. Finding the perfect CBD dose for your pet will take some trial and error. Your pet’s age, size and other factors will be determining factors in the correct dose for your pet. Make sure to start with a very low dose for your pet for the first week. This can be a few drops. Then slowly increase the dose each week to the recommended dose if you are noticing favorable effects. Make sure you closely monitor the effects on your dog after starting them on small amounts of CBD.
Possible side effects of CBD
Some possible known side effects of cannabidiol in your pet’s system are drowsiness with high doses and increased thirst. It is not recommended that you give your pet a high dose of CBD unless you give them cannabidiol regularly and you are trying to help them to sleep. If you notice symptoms of overdose in your pet, give them extra water and wait a day to give them another dose that is a significantly smaller dose than previously given. Speak to your veterinarian if you continue noticing symptoms of overdose with small doses. It may be best to seek advice from a holistic vet who has experience recommending cannabidiol products for pets. In some US states, veterinarians are not allowed to recommend CBD products for pets, but they can direct you to helpful information about CBD use for your pet. It is important to purchase cannabis products from companies that make their CBD testing available to customers so that you can be certain that there aren’t harmful pesticides in their oil. Also, it is best to purchase oil without harmful additives. Choose an oil with a carrier oil that will benefit your pet. Olive oil and coconut MCT oil are two of the most common.
Whether your young dog is experiencing separation anxiety, or you are trying CBD oil as a last-ditch effort to help your older dog with pain relief, CBD is a great option as it has very few known side effects. We care about the health of you and your pets. It doesn’t matter if your best friend is a dog or human, we are here to help. With the legalization of cannabis products across the US, and the uptick in CBD use by people and their pets, we will likely see continued interest in cannabidiol products and in research regarding CBD and dogs.

Getting Some Sleep With CBD
CBD may be a natural alternative to pharmaceuticals for those who want to sleep better, but don’t want to experience a bad “sleep hangover”.
Most of us cannot function at 100% without 7 or more hours of zzz’s per night. Many people deal with insomnia caused by things such as anxiety, pain, or general discomfort. If you don’t struggle to get to sleep at night, chances are you know others who do. In today’s high-tech and high-stress world we try everything from meditation to using medications with a long list of side effects to get the rest that we need.
Reducing Anxiety Before Bed
Many of those who suffer from anxiety and depression also have insomnia. Reducing anxiety may help you to relax enough to fall asleep. Consumers find that CBD has many health benefits and one of the most reported uses is for anxiety relief. Those who consume low doses between 2.5-7.5 mgs have noticed a reduction in social anxiety levels, with some saying that it made them forget that they had anxiety in the first place. Other consumers have noticed increased anxiety at doses higher than 50 mg servings. Some have also noticed that they had increased anxiety when they first tried CBD, but this dissipated after 2 uses. Dose varies from person to person, which is why it is important to start with a low dose and then find your “CBD sweet spot”. If you are taking a medication, it is best to consult with your doctor about interactions with cannabinoids. Some medications interact with CBD, but not all of these interactions are negative ones.
The Endocannabinoid System and Your Sleep Cycle
The endocannabinoid system interacts with hormones, enzymes, and receptors in order to regulate homeostasis. This is possible because your endocannabinoid system regulates your cognitive and physiological processes, such as sleep cycle, circadian rhythm, pain and stress. These processes control homeostasis within your body. The endocannabinoid system interacts with hormones, enzymes, and receptors in order to regulate homeostasis. Cannabinoid receptors are located on cell walls throughout the human body. Our bodies naturally produce endocannabinoids and the cannabinoids that we consume fit right into these receptors! What’s great is that cannabinoid byproducts become metabolized and degraded after your body reaches homeostasis, making it so that these remaining molecules do not have an effect on other processes occurring within your body. This shows that cannabinoids can regulate body balance by focusing on certain systems, while not having an effect on others.
The Entourage Effect
THC has been shown to induce sleep in patients on its own, however patients have reported greater pain relief using a CBD/THC blend than they received using one of these cannabinoids on their own. This is why full spectrum/whole plant CBD products (less than 0.3%) may be the best option for those seeking a restful night. When we use cannabis products such as full spectrum CBD oil, our bodies take in over 120 botanical compounds. Each of these compounds brings different benefits and effects, and their behavior changes while interacting with other compounds. This has been named the “entourage effect”.
How much CBD to Take for Sleep?
Most of the clinical trials out there have shown that 25 mg or more of cannabidiol per day can help with sleep. If you are a new CBD user, it is best to start with about 10 mg for sleep and work your way up. Very low doses of CBD may actually energize you, so find what works for you. We suggest that you try taking 5 mg of CBD in the morning for anxiety, slight pain, etc., then taking 10 mg at night to start. Then take CBD in 5 mg increments until you feel relaxed enough to fall asleep. For sublingual CBD tinctures and vaping, you can wait 20 minutes between these increments; for CBD gummies, chocolate, or capsules you may wait 45 minutes before taking the additional 5 mgs.
Is CBD for Sleep the Right Choice for You?
Again, cannabidiol effects everyone differently. Effects depend on previous cannabis use, age, weight, and more. First, talk with your doctor if you are taking any medications. Then take it slow by starting with a low dose of 10 mg for sleep. In some cases customers have reported that CBD doesn’t do anything for them unless they consume very high doses (over 100 mg daily). If you are like these people who have a very high tolerance for CBD, you may want to try our 5000 mg full spectrum tincture to get the most benefit for your money. For others, CBD may simply energize and will not aid in sleep. If this is the case for you, you may want to try one more thing. Try taking 2.5 mg of CBD, because very low doses have helped some to relax without feeling any other effects of the compound. Our hope is that CBD will help you with multiple issues that you experience on a daily basis.
Is CBD Safe At High Doses for Sleep?
Some studies have found that 1500 mg of CBD daily is well tolerated by people. However, if you are taking over 50 mg of full spectrum CBD daily you may feel slightly intoxicated by the less than 0.3% THC in your product. This is not common, but before you know if you are very sensitive to THC, it is best to take this high dose at home or in a safe space. We suggest that you do not drive a motor vehicle after taking 50 mg of CBD in one sitting, before finding out how it effects you. Another thing to keep in mind is that although cannabiol may decrease THC intoxication (at 1:1 doses), CBD does increase the effects of alcohol. Combining full spectrum CBD and alcohol may increase drowsiness and decrease inhibitions. If you have liver disease or other issues with your liver, we recommend you speak with your doctor before using cannabidiol products.
CBD products may work wonders for some people when it comes to anxiety reduction, stress reduction, and as a sleep aid. Although full spectrum/whole plant cannabidiol products may be more effective for sleep, THC-free isolates in higher doses may also help. It is always best to play it safe when consuming cannabinoids for the first time, so listen to your body and find what works for you.

Easy Steps to Help you Stress Less During the Holidays
Thanksgiving has come and gone and Christmas is right around the corner. In a few short weeks it will be a brand New Year. December can be a magical month full of joy and wonder, giving and celebrating. Unfortunately, it can also be full of stress and worry. As someone who has struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember, I know how important it is to take care of yourself this time of year. Although I love the holidays, they do tend to bring out my anxiety. It’s so easy to put off health and self-care to the new year. I have a few things I have shared about in the past on the Facebook page and blog. I actually have a lot of tips and tricks for dealing with anxiety but sometimes even thinking of all of the different things I can do causes me to be a little overwhelmed. So for the last few weeks of the year I’ve created a simple guide to staying happy and stress free. It’s as easy as your ABC’S.
A is for Alone time
It might sound simple for some. Maybe you spend a significant amount of time alone. Or, maybe you are a working Mom with a few children and you never have a moment alone. Regardless of how you normally spend your time, the month of December can be pretty demanding when it comes to events. Family get-togethers, travel, work parties, classroom volunteering, shopping and giving your time can be pretty consuming. Alone time is super important. Spending even five minutes recharging can have profound effects on your wellbeing.
* Try meditation: headspace has guided meditation in as little as 3 minutes, Gabby Bernstein also has some great (free) meditations on her website.
* Do a quick workout: Beachbody has quick at-home workouts. Sworkit is an app that has customizable workouts in as little as 5 minutes.
* Take a bath: my favorite “me time” ritual is a bath with a WholeTree CBD bath bomb.
Commit to some alone time every day. Five minutes is fine, longer is even better. Take a quick walk, journal, read. Put down your phone, unplug and spend a few minutes with YOU. A little recharge and re-centering can help you be more present with others.
B is for Box Breathing
Have you ever watched a baby sleep? Notice how when they breathe in their belly expands? And when they breathe out it goes back down? Take a minute to pay attention to your normal breath. Most of us don’t take deep, natural diaphragm breaths. We do more shallow breaths with our lungs and even hold our breath when we are stressed. According to Medical News Today, box breathing is a simple way to:
 * Reduce physical stress symptoms in the body.
* Positively affect emotions and mental well-being.
* Increases mental clarity, energy, and focus.
* Improves future reactions to stress.
Box breathing (also called square breathing) is simple and can be done just about anywhere, any- time of day. How to:
1. Close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose while counting to four.
2. Hold your breath inside while counting to four. Try to stay relaxed and avoid inhaling or ex- haling for 4 seconds.
3. Exhale for 4 seconds.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 at least three times. 4 minutes is an ideal amount of time: or continue until you feel calm.
Taking deep breaths can be super calming and therapeutic. Setting an alarm on your phone for a few times out of the day is a great way to remember.
C is for CBD
CBD is kind of all the rage. Which is good and bad..why? Well, when something gets really popular, the good is that you can find it just about anywhere. CBD can be found online, at grocery stores and even at the gas station. Convenient... yes. The downside of something being super popular is that you don’t always know what kind of quality you are getting. I get my CBD from a trusted source for the same reason I buy my essential oils from a quality company.
What is CBD good for?
* Supports a healthy inflammation response * Promotes relaxation
* Supports healthy mood
* Promotes restful sleep
What I love about WholeTree
* Full spectrum hemp
* Co2 extracted
* Small business
* Supports sustainable practices
CBD can be taken internally, applied topically and added to products like bath bombs and salts.
 S is for sleep
You know how people say this time of year is “cold and flu season” Did you know that one of the big reasons our immune systems suffer in winter is lack of sleep? (Stress and overconsump- tion of sugar create a perfect storm for immune disfunction) Sleep is important. If we follow our circadian rhythm we would actually sleep more, not less during the winter. Longer nights and less sunlight causes our bodies to literally need more sleep. But late night online shopping and holiday priorities keep us from that ...add in the extra sugar, caffeine and stress and even the sleep we get can be low quality.
Tips for restful sleep:
Turn off the screens : I know, I know. It’s a tough one. So many of us live our lives plugged in. The blue light from screens actually send a message to your brain, telling it to be awake and not to produce melatonin (the hormone responsible for regulating the sleep-wake cycle) Most people don’t need a melatonin supplements. They need less screen time. This includes kids! No screens before bed help kids and adults sleep sooner and more restfully.
Try blue light blockers: Okay so maybe you can’t possibly quit screens before bed. Maybe it’s the only time you can catch up on emails. Maybe you run a business online. Do yourself a favor and invest in a pair of blue light blockers (Amazon has a few choices) They help minimize the exposure to blue light. Most iPads and smart phones have night time mode as well.
Sleep aides worth trying:
* Essential oils can be a great part of a calming night ritual. I enjoy roman chamomile and lavender in the bath or diffuser.
* CBD- like I mentioned above, CBD can promote relaxation and is great taken before bed.
* Magnesium- I could write an entire post on magnesium deficiency (and I might) But for today, I will encourage you to look up its benefits. It’s great before bed and had a host of benefits.
I know that it can be tempting to throw up your hands at this point in the year and put off wellness for the New Year. But remember the saying, “procrastination is the thief of health” Take care of you today and everyday. Don’t stress about perfection. Try one little change everyday. Commit to progress. Spend some time alone, take deep meaningful breaths and give your body what it needs. You, my friends, are worth it.
Be Well, Danielle
Danielle is a Mom/Stepmom to 4 boys. She runs a small business with her husband, works as a chiropractic assistant and runs her blog/page Empowered Wellness and Beauty. What is Self-Care and How Can We Incorporate CBD Into Our Routine?
What is Self-Care
Self-care is when we deliberately take steps to improve and sustain our own health. This includes our physical, emotional, and mental health. It is a simple concept, however many of us often overlook self-care or do not make time for it. Good self-care helps to improve our wellbeing, improve relationships with ourselves and others, as well as improve our physical stamina. Self-care is not a selfish act even though it helps to refuel us; it is taking care of ourselves in order to then take care of others as well. To keep up with our responsibilities and be there for loved ones, we need to be in a place where we have that energy to give.
Self-Care can mean different things to different people, but there are general goals that you can Se for yourself. Some of the basic and more well-known activities that promote health and wellness include getting enough sleep, getting some type of physical activity in on an almost daily basis, eating healthy food and supplements, and going in for regular checkups with your physician. Sometimes these practices alone won’t cut it! We must also take time for ourselves to just enjoy life.
Some extra actions that we can take to care for ourselves include:
·       Use relaxation exercises such as practicing meditation can be done any time of the day when you have a spare moment.
·       Spend quality time with your family and/or friends.
·       Do a relaxing activity every day if possible. You can sit and wind down after work for example, go for a walk, or practice yoga.
·       Participate in a fun activities on daily basis, such as cooking your favorite meal or going to see a live band.
·       Put on a skin soothing facial mask while you take a warm bath.
·       Try lavender or another relaxing essential oil for aromatherapy.
·       Watch an episode of your favorite cooking show or guilty pleasure television drama.
·       Treat yourself to a massage or pedicure.
·       Go camping or spend some time in nature while on a hike.
How to Incorporate CBD Into Self Care
Cannabidiol (CBD) is well known for its many benefits, and we want to help you to get creative with the ways that you utilize this natural extract. Learn more about CBD benefits here.
Taking CBD before partaking in any of the listed relaxation activities can enhance your calm. Try taking a dose of CBD tincture before practicing yoga, before getting a massage, or you can even take some while you draw a bath.  Try adding a CBD bath bomb into your bath for a soothing soak as well. Including full-spectrum CBD massage oil to your massage may help if you are experiencing inflammation and may help to relax your muscles as well. Lastly, CBD capsules may be taken before social outings with family and friends if you experience social anxiety.
WholeTree is all about self care. We strive to help you to reach your wellness goals and love reminding people to take a moment for themselves to relax and recharge.

Many people use CBD for anxiety and to reduce stress in general. It’s so convenient to have a portable item used for relief. Unlike capsules, you can take an extra drop or two of tincture if you have a day where you are having more anxiety than usual. #anxietyrelief #naturesmedicine (at Portland, Oregon) https://www.instagram.com/p/B5V2YjiBDe4/?igshid=g8gdawrh92a4

A wise child once told me that we balance a bucket on top of our heads. When we cry, the bucket simultaneously empties. When we are happy, the bucket fills and we may cry tears of happiness. When your bucket is low, remember to think about what you are grateful for and don’t forget self care. #selfcaredaily #positivementalattitude #cannabidiollife #fullspectrumtincture #naturephotography #glasshalffull #anxietyreliefalternatives #womeninhemp #portlandwellnessweek #healthandwellness #mindandbody #inspirationalquotesandsayings #fallvibes🍁 (at Portland, Oregon) https://www.instagram.com/p/B40atVrhwla/?igshid=1mmxvmg692qcv
