After a week of battling a nasty cold/flu I'm almost back to being myself. Everything I had planned last weekend for my time off training wise was thrown out and replaced with laying on the couch, miserable while being comforted by my loyal pooch. I'm starting to realize that in my older years I need to be more preventive when it comes to getting sick. I'll definitely be looking into what I can add to my diet to improve my immune system and be more careful with the little things ( make sure the hair in dry when leaving the pool in the middle of winter ).
