Potential Connections
Adeline : With Adeline being an escort, there's bound to be some scares and medical issues - from pregnancy scares to transmitted diseases to abuse - the possibilities are endless. Adeline could have wound up in the er when Lenna was still a nurse (this could potentially give Adeline a connection with Andrew), working her way up to CEO. Lenna could treat her but keeps her lifestyle on the downlow, eventually even treating her and getting her drugs and such to her own home. The two stay close as thieves, with Adeline promising to always come to her before she trusted someone else.
Arthur : With Arthur being a police detective, he would have been around when Lenna and Andrew had their accident. He would have been the one to investigate and figure out if there was any foul play. With the help of Lenna's family, they covered any loose ends and Arthur has no choice but to deem it what it looked like - simply an accident. But when Andrew comes back to town, he could hire Arthur to look into matters more and Arthur agrees because the whole situation didn't sit right with him to begin with. Arthur could become obsessive on taking down Lenna's family and thus cause angst and issues and a tension filled relationship.
Roxanne Palmer : With Roxanne being a teacher, Lenna could meet her while touring her school for Mia. She knows Chicago is notorious for being a nightmare when it comes to education and being safe. Lenna wants the best for Mia, obviously, and money isn't an issue. Lenna could end up getting lost on the way to the principals office to speak about curriculum and how the grades worked and Rox would find her and show her the way, chit chatting idly. They strike up good conversation and end up meeting again outside of school to grab coffee and go to shelters to volunteer together.
Conrad : With Conrad's drug addiction and his lifestyle at the TCL, it wouldn't be a shock to find Lenna wandering into his workplace. She could've had a horrible day at work, on the edge, clearly shaken up, and decides to drown her sorrows in a full bottle. This can go either way - Conrad could see her struggling, telling the bartender to cut her off when she stood and staggered, before getting her home by herself to keep his image intact. Though she did try to get him home with her. She could find him later on and apologize for her behavior, and the two could hit it off from there. Him even confiding in her about him actually being straight. - Or, Conrad could recognize her from the tabloids about her being CEO, thus equally money. He could use her state of mind and get her strung up on the same poison he is, just so he could pocket both money and drugs from her. Thus starts a toxic but mutually dependent relationship.
Aoife : With Aoife being an author, the two could've met at a coffee shop (maybe even at Accio Cafe where Ella works!) where Lenna is trying to write a book on how she climbed the corporate ladder. She's struggling and Aoife happens to read what she has on the comp idly because she's nosy, and offers to help. The two connect over coffee (ironically) and end up becoming friends outside of book talk. Going to the dog park, Aoife babysitting, the whole nine yards.
Sage : With Sage being the leader of an MC gang, Lenna could pay Sage for personal protection. She doesn't trust the cops, specially with Arthur lurking around her, and needs someone on her side with influence that wasn't the mafia. So Lenna literally pays for a personal escorts to and from work and even more protection when she's traveling with Mia. This supplies the gang with the much needed money they need to keep their noses out of a trouble they can't afford, while making their name known across the city with Lenna's influence and name.
Noah : With Noah's history with his ex, Lenna could resemble her a lot. Noah could accidentally mistake her for his ex while in Chicago (location is negotiable) and it could freak Lenna out at how he approaches her. After fleeing from him, he tracks her down which isn't hard, and explains the situation to her. After confirming she's in fact not his ex, she decided to keep Noah in her back pocket to use him as she needs in the future. This could either cause tension between the two or bring them closer as friends.
Charley : With Charley owning a Wiccan shop, Lenna has always been intrigued. She likes the folklore surrounding the superstition and the fact that maybe there's some merit to it. While on a walk with Mia, she comes across Charley's shop and pops in. Not exactly knowing what she's doing there or what to even look at, she looks to Charley to help her. Getting deeper into things, the two discuss their life and Charley offers to come to her office to try and bring a sense of peace to the place (Will add more with time.)
Corbyn : With Corbyn being a tattoo artist, Lenna gets his recommendation through her husband, Andrew. Lenna doesn't want anything big as it's her first tattoo but also wants to go to someone who is reputable. In comes Corbyn, who's obviously had his fair share of tattoos and really makes the process easy for her. He calms her down and reassures her that it's not as bad as she thinks. (Will add more with time.)
