Perks of Losing Weight
Some of the things i have noticed 
- Hair doesn’t get greasy anymore, it just doesn’t 
- There is less to wash, exfoliate, self tan, etc. (Honestly really notice this one in the shower, i used to have 20+ lbs more in my legs) 
- Moving with more ease 
- Food is cheap. Hello water over cocktails and an apple over spaghetti bolognese 
- Generally feeling smaller is a bit euphoric especially wrapped in blankets or trying on old clothes 
- Skin clears up because theres less oil production 
- Barely sweating (even while exercising or on a hot day) 
- Sunglasses/glasses are more flattering against a more angular face 
and when i reach my goal weights, i just feel fucking invincible.

I saw somebody post a list like this and thought it was a great idea! So here’s mine… some of these habits are extremely unhealthy and I don’t advise anyone to form them
☽Habits I want to form☾
♡ only eating when I have to/ need to ♡ never eating in private ♡ never eating in front of the tv or distracted ♡ replacing snacks with 0 calorie drinks ♡ eating only 500kcal a day ♡ never eating over 1000kcal (even when I binge) ♡ exercising every day ♡ reaching my 10000 step goal every day ♡ incorporating cayenne pepper, cinnamon, chili and black pepper into foods and drinks ♡ having a bottle of water with me all the time ♡ having an “apple cider drink” before meals ♡ stop snacking and grazing throughout the day ♡ memorize excuses to not eat doing the “in bed workout” every morning ♡ going to gym 5 times a week ♡ doing 20 squats every time I go to the bathroom ♡ overall incorporating exercise into daily activities ♡ going for a run when I’m bored instead of sitting around ♡ drinking more coffee, tea and water ♡ breaking my sugar addiction ♡ choosing healthy foods over unhealthy ones ♡ leaving food on my plate ♡ ordering side dishes or kids meals when eating out ♡ being more picky about what I eat ♡ being too busy to eat ♡ trusting myself not to binge ♡ trusting myself not to purge ♡ being nicer to myself and others ♡ making more friends ♡ going out instead of eating ♡ starting new hobbies ♡ assigning more time for self care ♡ studying and focusing on my work more

Just imagine being able to wear whatever and always look adorable and tiny, looking completely lost in a boy’s sweater, your friends complaining because they can never borrow anything from you cause it’s always way too small for them Imagine being able to roll around on your bed in nothing but underwear and to look good in any position because there’s no fat hanging anywhere Just imagine never having to cover up your belly when sitting down because there are no rolls you have to be ashamed of anymore Imagine sitting down in shorts in summer without being ashamed of your thighs Just imagine this feeling of ultimate freedom because you always look good no matter what
