Hatchetfield Theory
I think the mentioning of different dimensions and universes in Black Friday has significance to the lore of the Hatchetdield series, but I don’t think it can just be as simple as there are different dimensions that run independently.
What if when Hatchetfield, and therefore the world, is destroyed by evil forces from the Black and White, a good force from it (perhaps something like Webby?) makes another dimension in which it attempts to put things right. However this would probably be hard to do, which is why we can see some mistakes such as everyone breaking out into song and dance as if it were normal. Like in the process of copying the world into somewhere else, the effects of the apotheosis could not be completely reversed. There also might be smaller mistakes such as messing up some people’s times, like Ethan Green. He uses slang from the 1920s, mimics the motion of an old movie camera, and seems very surprised at the movie ticket costs (maybe on the high side, but not shocking). He doesn’t seem like he is from this time, so maybe he isn’t.
