“ I am financially knowledgeable enough to continue to grow my wealth”
Don’t say (if you are not financially literate)
“ I have a lot of money”
You can have a lot of money coming in and still be poor/broke if you are financially illiterate. Manifest financial literacy to maintain the wealth coming your way
Do
Know that what you are asking for is yours the second you ask for it.
Don’t
Think that just because you don’t see it it’s never coming.
Sometimes there are things in our lives that need to be fixed or changed for our manifestation to take place.
Do
Keep your affirmations, vision boards and journals away from negative people
An altar is a space used to help set your focus and intent for rituals, ceremonies and spell castings. It should be a space you feel comfortable and relaxed in (often also being sacred). It often holds your tools and altar decor. There are many different ways to have an altar, it is up to the witch to decide what they want. All in all, I see it as a sacred place, it is a part of your craft, you do your spellwork, and other witchy things up there. So remember to look after it.
Where Can an Altar be?
An altar can be almost anywhere as long as you feel comfortable! Some Ideas are:
Permanent Indoor Altar- These can be on things like tables, nightstands, bookshelves, desks, cabinets etc. They are the most common found and are usually used by those open about their practise, for example, I have an indoor altar set up on a small desk. Indoor altars usually stay up all year round.
Small Travel Altars- These work rather well for witches in the broom closet, they can be in small tins, shoe boxes under the bed etc. They are portable and they’re very easy to set up and pack away discreetly.
Outdoor altars- These aren’t common but they can be good for witches who don’t like having everything set up. Essentially when you need an altar, you gather your tools, go outside, pick an area and lay down a cloth and begin to set up outdoors. Then when finished you pack everything up and go.
Drawn/Digital Altars- I’ve seen witches have altars drawn in their grimoires or saved to Pinterest/ their phones. This is actually amazing if you can’t have anything physically.
Things found on altars usually consist of:
Altar cloth: This helps protect and keep your space clean.
Crystals, shells, rocks and similar things you connect with.
Tools such as your cauldron, pentacle, chalice etc.
Offerings for you deities (note that you can also have separate altars for your deities)
Seasonal/ Sabbat based décor.
Almost anything that you please. Although I recommend making sure they’re significant to you. But again, personal preference.
Altar Ideas
Traditional Altar- Where you do your spellwork and represent the sabbats. This is the most basic, it is your space to make your own. This is your personal altar, put things on it that matter to you, for an example mine is covered in rocks because I like rocks. It is up to you, it should represent you and things you connect with.
Deity Altar- These are altars dedicated to gods or deities. So you would put things here to represent them, give them offerings here and things to please them.
Self Love/ Beauty Altars- These might be on your dressing table or bathroom sink but it’s basically where you would typically keep things like beauty products, self care products and things that make you radiate positivity and love. For example I had one with a dish of herbs and rose quartz/ amethyst crystals around a candle. And surrounding that was all of my moisturiser, body lotions and perfumes. I would light the candle and do my skin care routine in front of it every morning like a daily ritual and it worked wonders.
Elemental Altars- Some people like to also have altars for the elements. So one for fire, one for earth, one for water and one for air. Some people like to represent the elements on their altars as well.
Seasonal/Sabbat Altar- So you decorate your altar based on the current season or upcoming sabbat.
Hopefully this is helpful, if you want to see any more specific content or have questions, send me an ask! Other wise, so bless it be!
The difference between the personal planets and the outer planets 🌌🌕🌟
The Sun holds a special place in the astrology because the Sun is the center of our solar system, the shining star that creates the life on earth.
The personal planets are those that stay closer to the sun, such as Mercury, Venus, the Moon, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter. The closer planets are to the Sun the more quickly they move and change their location. They have a direct influence on your life, however this influence is short-lived.
The distant planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto have longer and wider influence on your life, because they take a longer time to orbit the Sun. These 3 outer planets affect entire generations through years. They affect both individuals and society.

Hey everybody ! :) mabon may be a teensy bit away still but the days are passing fast and the day is slowly nearing! I wanted to make an informational and fun post telling some stuff about mabon and what you can do, movies to watch 🧡
What is Mabon?
Mabon is the autumn equinox dated for September 21-24 this year (2020). The autumnal equinox occurs when the sun crosses the equator on its apparent journey southward, and we experience a day and a night that are of equal duration. Up until Mabon, the hours of daylight have been greater than the hours from dusk to dawn. This is the time to look back not just on the past year, but also your life, and to plan for the future. It marks the middle of the harvest, Mabon is a time of rest and celebration, after the hard work of gathering the crops. Warm autumn days are followed by chill nights, as the Old Sun God returns to the embrace of the Goddess. All Sabbats are occasions to express gratitude to the God and Goddess for the blessings in our lives, but Mabon is particularly so, coming at the height of the harvest season.
How to celebrate Mabon
You can start by decorating your altar if you have one with acorns, pinecones, seasonal fruits and nuts, and some of the colored leaves that drop from the trees in your location. Baskets are good things to use and scythes since they are symbols of harvest. As for candles, autumn colors can be used such as reds, yellows, oranges, golds, and browns. If you have a feast, whether solo or with others, include seasonal vegetables like onions, potatoes, carrots and other root vegetables. Spellwork related to protection and security is appropriate now, as are workings for self-confidence, prosperity, harmony and balance. If you are one who struggles with seasonal depression during the fall and winter months, use this time to set an intention for inner peace and strength. You might make and charge a talisman for this purpose, to accompany you through the next two seasons. You can also do things that aren’t related to witchcraft if you feel unmotivated or don’t have the time. Cozy up and watch some appropriately themed movies maybe even some horror or Halloween movies, make some hot chocolate or a good cup of tea with appropriate herbs to settle down and drink, you can even do things like read or make some cool looking pieces of art to either put on your altar, use as decoration, or just because you want to.

That’s all for this post! Information from about two websites and my brain haha but I hope you enjoyed this post and it’s never too early to start researching up and preparing !! Also sorry about all of the tim burton movies I may be a weeeeee bit obsessed but they’re absolutely perfect for this time of year!! Especially on rainy cozy lazy days inside the house when you have nothing to do.
I hope you all have an amazing and blessed day 🌜🍁🌛🍂🌾
Hi, question! Can I practice witchcraft without having any candles?
Absolutely!
Whenever I don’t have candles or can’t afford new ones I use an app on my phone that’s a candle
Edit: just thought more on it, if using candles is something you don’t want to incorporate then that’s absolutely your choice and right - what works for one doesn’t necessarily work for the other
This could be an interesting way of creating a poppet.
Alterations:
Maybe instead of rubber hair bands use string or twine.
If it want it to look more doll-like roll the ears around to the back and then you'd have a little pouch for herbs or crystals and whatnots (remember to sew it closed so nothing falls out).
