Today I'm 25. It feels weird to not really celebrate it with my friends like I planned but it is what it is. So instead I threw myself a pity party quarantine style. (Theme thanks to Kylie Najjar).

I've come a long way, even just in the past couple of days, with my editing. It's great to look back at old sessions and see the difference in what I used to deliver to what I can deliver now.

As if this day and money situation couldn't get anymore stressful I just got ordered to do a drug test by the family law court as I'm going through a custody battle. I now need to pull the $90 out of my butt for the test within the next couple of hours. I have no money until next week. If this isn't the biggest stab to the financial strings at the moment I don't know what is.

These guys were seriously the best I adore them so much. Christian was always just staring at Hayley it was hard to get him to look at me. Who could blame him though, she's stunning.

The birth of a child is a magical thing. In some cases women require surgery to help bring their new child into the world. This can be scary and in some cases completely unwanted. But what's best is the health and safety of the baby and the mum. All 3 of my girls were born via c section. I know the stigma around it being the easy way out etc. It's not. I still have no feeling in my stomach. The drugs wore off with my middle child's birth. I felt the doctors sew me back up. It was painful (those horror movies where they are alive and getting their insides played with etc, totally the exact feeling and reaction). With my last child I told them about the drugs wearing off halfway through surgery. They decided to up my dosage. It took an hour just to get a high enough dosage to a high enough numbness that I could even be allowed in the OR. I was pumped so full of drugs I was still walking with a numb leg/foot a month later.

C section is not the easy way out. All mothers are amazing sand all births are births. Share love and kindness.

Taking a day to re-edit old sessions. I have to cure my boredom somehow during this isolation and I can't deal with Toy Story for the 10th day in a row.

Remember to always put your kids first. This is a shout out to all the single parents doing it rough at the moment. I'm right there with you. You're doing amazing and don't be afraid to ask for help. You've got this.

Just a little intro post for the new account.

My name is Britany and I'm an Australian based photographer. I also work a casual job at the International Airport and raise 3 young girls as a single mum. This is a new blog (couldn't access/lost my old one). I will try to update it as much as possible but I love everyone.

A little about me.

I adore Taylor Swift, I love chocolate, my favourite animal is a tiger, my favourite colour is sage. My favourite movie is the lion king and I enjoy baking/cooking on occasion.

Recently, due to my employment being at the International Airport and the borders worldwide being shut, I was stood down whilst on maternity leave and I was due to return mid April. My work will be closed for at least 3 months so I'm now lost on what will happen financially for the next 3 months minimum. So if anyone has any ideas (aside from my photography as I have halted all sessions for the safety of not only my clients families but my own) please send them to me! I have bills out my butt and have no idea what to do haha

Anyways I love you all, we will get through this and remember to be kind to those still risking their lives everyday during this time.
