To be fair to Lark, there WERE some really nice views. And one of the shelters nearby was doing a borrow-a-dog-for-a-day thing to get some of the adoptable pups socialized. We got a sweet Aussie named Harley. Y’all think I could manage a dog on top of everything? She was so sweet.
