The road not taken looks real good now - in which King Wilhelm of Sweden has a wife, three kids, a stressful job and an increasingly forgetful mother. But a chance encounter with a face from his past leads him to reassess everything he thought he held important. Rating: E Length: 90K

God jul, Simon - in which Simon has been best friends with Wille ever since they met during their first week at Hillerska. But it takes three visits to Wille’s home at Drottningholm Palace for them both to realise that there may be more to their relationship than just friends. Written for Ho Ho Ho - A YR Christmas 2023. An unfortunate romance - in which Kristina must choose between love and duty. Rating: E Length: 2K

An end is a beginning - in which Stella is desperate to get over the unrequited crush she has on Fredrika. Meeting up with a friend of a friend at the Hillerska Valborg party might be what she needs to set her on her way. Rating: E Length: 6K

The lake - in which Wilhelm and Simon have one last night together before going their separate ways. My take on The Lake Scene™. Rating: M Length: 5K

The Hillerska Luxury Hotel & Spa - in which Simon and Wille aren't married, but they still celebrate their anniversary every year. For their thirty-seventh, Simon books them into a very familiar hotel, and they both take a trip down memory lane. Rating: M Length: 4.8K

So I finally updated my fic! Only took half a year, but got there in the end. This is spicy and angsty (they might cheer up in the next chapter - feel free to come back and see if they do!).

hungarian review of the new film called "Karusell"

Őszintén mondva, nem is tudom hogy kezdjem. Nem vagyok az a fajta ember aki hobbiból néz borzoló horror filmeket, de ezt nem hagyhattam ki (persze, csak Omár Rudberg miatt). Szerintem a filmben nem a véres jelenetek/halálozások hanem inkább a lelki háttér volt megrázó. Elképesztően érdekesnek találtam a történet feldolgozását. Voltak olyan pillanatok amikor meg kellett állítanom a filmet és csak átgondolni hogy most mi is ment le a képernyőn. Szomorú volt, leginkább az életben megtett döntések megbánásáról szólt. Azoknak az embereknek ajánlom, akik szeretik a 'érezelem hullámvasutakat' és nem zavarja őket a vér. Nem mondanám ijesztőnek, inkább izgalmas volt.

in this scene the queen said: " You're so young. When you're young, love feels like the most important thing in the world. When i was your age, I too had an unfortunate romance. " I don't think Wilhelm's mother was specifically homophobic, i think she just wanted the best for her son. maybe she thought that what she did when she was young was the good solution to be a good queen. i'm not saying that she is the best mother i had seen in my life, but i don't really think she's homophobic
