One of the best non-Champagne sparklers I’ve had in quite some time! This is “Bulles de Roche” by Thierry Germain, Saumur, Loire Valley, France. • 90% Chenin Blanc, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Chardonnay planted in clay/limestone soils, farmed biodynamic, 60 year old vines.
