Tony looks back on the day he married his now-husband, Bucky, with fond memories as he steps into the shower in their second house in Italy, where they stay for the next three weeks. “Mister Stark? Are you all right?”  Bucky called out before he could think better of it. Stark frowned at him. “You think I’m drunk, don’t you?” 

“The evidence is leaning in that direction, sir.” 

Stark snorted. “Spoken like a true datahead.  And I suppose you’re trying to sober me up a bit before I get behind the wheel?” 

“More or less, sir.” Taking a chance, he added,   “Would it help to say I know a little something about fathers who care more about what you can do than who you are?”
