Twilight AU where Bella is rightly Creeped the Fuck Out by Edward rather than intrigued by him and, hoping to defuse the situation before it becomes a Thing, decides to talk to his “sister” about his behavior

What Bella knows about the fallout: Rosalie is out of school for a couple of days, and upon returning gives Bella a thumbs up from across the lunch room but offers no further explanation. Edward is absent from school for a couple of weeks, even when the rest of the Cullens are all there, and then carefully gives her space from then on out.

What Bella does not know about the fallout: Rosalie “Rapist Eater” Hale tore her surrogate brother’s arm off at the shoulder and beat him around the head with it while yelling “Don’t Stalk Girls” until Emmet and Jasper pulled her off of him and made her give the arm back.

-Jacob gets hurt A LOT. One day Emmett brings him home with two broken legs and Bella’s like “what happened?” And Emmett’s like “I dared him to jump off a really big cliff do you want to see the video?”

-they have a Sick Stuntz youtube channel where they do shit like hitting each other with Emmett’s Jeep at full speed

-every week Jacob does an episode of PIMP UR BIKE and Emmett is in the background of every shot dabbing and doing push-ups

-Jasper somehow got stuck with being their camera man and sometimes it cuts to him just sadly shaking his head

Even though she comes across really chirpy and up-beat, Alice has bouts depression and extreme anxiety and in some sense I’d say she suffers from addiction too. She’s been through so much and can’t even remember much about her past. She blows it all off and acts like it doesn’t bother her but it really does. 

Her need to control things is her way of trying to cope, to have some sense of normality in her life. When she’s in charge, she knows what’s going on and it helps ease her anxiety. This is one of the reasons she spends a lot of time looking into the future. If she knows what’s coming, she can change the outcome. She woke up alone and was alone herself for a while. Her visions ended up becoming almost addictive to her because it was one of the only things to distract her from where she was at. Because of that she pretty much relies on her visions heavily now. 

One of the reasons she comes off like a social butterfly and has this need to insert her self into certain groups is because she’s afraid to be alone. When she’s with people, it helps her forget her worries. She’s always helping and trying to do things for people because she wants to feel important to someone because she doesn’t really feel important herself. 

Jasper and Alice’s bond seem to be so “mystical” because he knows what she’s doing and why she’s doing it and he just wants the best for her. He’s put it on himself to try and help balance her moods and ease her worries. He always vocalises how important Alice is to him because he knows she needs to hear it. 

When she can’t control something, when she can’t see something, it sends her into major panic attacks. It sends her mind reeling and puts a lot of negative thoughts in her head. She does a lot of catastrophizing. If she can’t see what’s going to happen or have any say in it then “the worst possible thing will happen”.  It can be really hard getting out of that mind set. She’s always got these “what ifs” and all-or-nothings going in her mind. It’s one of the reasons she immediately went to Bella’s in new moon. 

She also has this self destructive behaviour where sometimes she feels the need to put herself in certain situations that she knows might end badly because part of her is hoping it will end badly. E.g Bella’s party. Because of this she doesn’t always think about the people around her and ends up dragging them in with her. 

She comes across as annoying and in-your-face and sometimes even attention seeking which really gets to people and can make her hard to like sometimes because she’s just looking for validation that things aren’t as bad as she thinks.
