Fandom: God there’s like NO content anymore. I wish we could get more art and fanfics :(((
Someone: Hey, I can’t draw anything digitally, because I can’t afford a tablet, but here’s a pen on paper drawing that I spent a lot of time and hard work on. Also, I took a shot at my first fanfic and I’d really like some feedback or at least some kudos if you enjoyed it :)
Fandom: Oh... yeah sorry no... not you. We actually meant writers that are already well known and popular to produce MORE content... I mean, if a popular blog shares your work then maybe. And we don’t really like pen to paper art. We just don’t think it’s professional or even looks good :/
-Wtf is going on with Celia at the start of the ep? Why does it sound like she just woke up on a random highway, and why does she imply it's not THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED? Is she doing research on time travel, other dimensions and teleportation because she randomnly TELEPORTS AROUND??
-Lena confirms Mr. Bonzo is just one of the OIAR's "externals", and that whatever task he was sent to do will show up shortly in the Incidents. Are all the externals "avatars"? Is the task always killing someone else? Are all the Incidents caused by the OIAR's externals, and then they check the results by assessing the Incident...? I doubt it but there's so many possibilities, my mind is racing!
-INK5OUL is def the guy with the serpent tattoo asking for the sailor cadaver.
-Now I'm 100% sure the audio distorts whenever someone lies (you can hear it when Sam says "he's fine", and when Celia makes up an excuse for being late to work)
writing down more tmagp 11 thoughts while waiting for my bus because that gwen/lena interaction is driving me insane right now. SPOILERS!!!!!
first of all, the energy gwen enters the conversation with is immediately angry and confused. lena seems almost surprised by this; maybe she's already forgotten that other people aren't used to what she deals with constantly.
but as the conversation continues, lena seems almost. happy? satisfied? more comfortable than usually?? of course it's hard to tell because of lena's strict "no emotional expression" policy regarding herself, but it seems like she's more talkative. because now gwen understands, at least a little bit. now she's seen the tiniest bit of what lena has, and that makes her easier to talk to in lena's eyes. now gwen's no longer a threat or a hostile force; she's like her, just a little bit. a fellow prisoner.
she warns gwen, once again, in her own way, that things aren't going to get easier. she's seen so much more, so much worse than mr. bonzo. she teaches gwen how she's dealt with it all these years, tells her that the sort of things she works with enjoy her fear.
I feel like Jon wouldn't have packed clothes when going to the safe house.
Most of them in that time being lost-and-found items he saw buried in dark corners in the archives, right next to a few Hawaiian shirts and pleated skirts he dare not touch. Martin probably had a lot of his own clothes already in the archives, so it wasn't tough for those, but at some point on the train Jon probably realized he would need more than old findings and a winter coat in Scotland.
I wonder if it would have been almost nice, a sore replica of a domesticity they never had, when going shopping for new ones. Piecing together an identity Jon hadn't realized he developed when looking through second hand shops and clearance racks in the town. Still going through the lost and found, but with Martins voice to inform him that he went up or down a size. That he deserves to wear clothing that fits him, despite the changes to his frame.
I wonder if Jon passed a patterned shirt or ruffled skirt, and checked to see if they were now his size. Looking in the mirror to something that doesn't feel right, but a warm and dusty familiarity he isn't able to get anywhere else.
I feel like it was good, if only in the way second hand clothing that only kind of fits you is.
