Sea Grunkle photo album! *SSIIIIIIIIGGGGHHHH* *cracks fingers, neck and back* OMG it’s DONE, it’s actually done! I’ve been wanting to do another sea grunkle album for a long time and I sketched these out over the course of the past few months and in the past week have been inking, coloring and painting. There’s a ridiculous amount of detail (don’t even know if you’ll be able to zoom in enough to see them, but whatever)

I feel a great sadness whenever i think about @dark-lord-of-awesomeness 's No-memory-nikola-bill-wins stan never getting to "go home." So! I drew some stuff of 80s catkid stan to cope.

The outfit on the top right was originally he-man, but i figured thundercats would be a little more on brand.

The bottom image is, like, stan with extremely vaguely 80s themed accessories.

It. Is very hard to draw short hair on someone who doesnt have human ears without it looking like a bowlcut. I try to think about how many kids in the 80s had bowlcuts and mullets to feel better about how it worked out.

The burn, no, the brand, is stark and sickening against the skin of Stanley's right shoulder. The skin there is raised and shiny, blisters freckle over the sharp slashing lines of the sigil. It was supposed to be protective, a warding symbol, but now it's seared into his twin's flesh. Ford wants to gag. Stan squirms a little, his hands fisted in the sweater thrown over his knees. “I'm guessing it's a little worse than a sunburn, huh?”

@aroace-get-out-of-my-face throwing this at you and scurrying away like the little creature I am. I’ve had this specific kind of composition stuck in my head literally since I read the chapter and I finally decided last night to do the basic sketch for it. I told myself it’d take a couple days to do, I can take my time, there’s no rush or anything.
