American Politics Sucks More Balls than a Porn Star Does

As a first time voter for upcoming 2016 elections, I've been keeping up with both Democrat and Republican campaigns And both parties are crazy. The Democrats always talk about social change which is totally great, but they dodged the question of foreign policy and what the hell we're supposed to do now Iran has short and medium-range nuclear weapons (oh look a direct violation of that weak deal the G8 Nations made without any means of implication... didn't see this one coming) Russia clearly has shown outstanding leadership regardless of what Obama says. Im really questioning if the Democratic Party has a plan for international affairs at all. And don't even get me started on the economy. The Republicans have their heads up their asses and wrapped around Planned Parenthood and gay marriage and although have "addressed" foreign policy, never give a straight answer. But I agree with their ideas that climate change shouldn't be the main priority of the world's most powerful country when there are millions of people suffering because of years of civil war in the Middle East and are seeking asylum. Let's not call it a "migrant crisis" - because the word "migrant" implies that these people have a home to return to and left by choice. No this is a refugee crisis because these people have no choice but to flee for their lives on a never before seen scale. The UN Refugee Agency does not nearly have enough resources to care for the sheer amounts of displaced people. So while the climate is an issue of great concern, we should put our efforts to helping these people because no sole country alone can fix carbon emissions of an entire global community. As a high school student greatly interested in pursuing international relations in college, I want to see a candidate capable or addressing and effectively solving both international and domestic issues. I want to see change. I want to see a leader who can help our people both overseas and here at home. I don't want "progressivism" or "conservatism" I want to see someone take LOGICAL action without getting caught in a political gauntlet of vetoes, sub-committees, and press conferences. So I implore you, America, please get your shit together.
