What's going on?

To start this off. It's a bad day anyway. It's the 6 year anniversary of losing my grandmother. And at 2 something this morning my mom tells me my grandfather got airlifted to the hospital.

So me and mom come down here. No sleep. We wait for 2 hours. No word. Finally they let two people go back. My mom and one of my aunts went. My grandfather is on a ventilator.

We were told nothing. We're still waiting for answers and it's just not a good day. So send good vibes or prayers, whatever you do please

Something has came up. I was gonna try to work through all my requests today and the next few days. And start getting them done. But we had a family emergency. I have gotten no sleep. Probably won't sleep until tomorrow.

I'm not sure what the next little bit holds. So writing is on the back burner for the time being. Requests are still open if you have anything. It just might be pushed back longer than other stuff. I'm truly sorry for the original delay and now adding onto it

Goodbye- Bobby Nash x reader

Spoiler warning if you haven't finished season 8. This is based off of that. I am apologizing in advance for this. Yell at me all you want. I couldn't get this idea out of my head since watching 8x15. I have been working on this since then, finally putting it out there.

"You need to get in here" Buck says over the radio. Why? That's all that courses through your mind. You get all the protective gear on and go back into the lab, you see the door is locked. Bobby is still inside the area he has been this entire time. "What's going o-" the words die on your tongue as you see blood dripping from Bobby's nose.

You tear up, going over to the glass wall. Bobby was infected. There was only one cure and he gave it to Chimney. "Bobby...no" you croak out placing a hand on the glass. "Buck, I'd like my final moments alone with my fiancée please" Bobby says. You watch Buck walk out, Bobby turns to you finally "honey, I love you so much."

"I love you too...why didn't you say anything? We could've tried to come up with something." Bobby shakes his head, placing his hand on the other side of the glass exactly where yours is on your side. "There was no point. One cure, Chimney needed it."

"Bobby...I can't lose you. Please. There has to be something we can do. You can’t leave me" you say sobbing. "I'm not leaving by choice. If I could choose, I would stay with you my love." "Then stay, we'll come up with something...just hang on" you reply. "Sweetheart, my time was always borrowed. I wish we could've had more time together" Bobby replies.

You watch as the blood drips more. He's really dying and there's nothing anyone can do. "Bobby there has to be something. We can buy you time somehow." He shakes his head as he looks at you, "I'm out of time" he says before coughing. You can hardly stand to watch, but leaving him alone isn't any better.

"You need to go. I don't want you to have to see this" Bobby says catching a break from coughing. "I'm not leaving you. I can't. I'm here until someone has to drag me away from the glass" you reply with a sniffle. Bobby can't meet your gaze. He knows his time is fading. He doesn't want you to see any of the bad. He doesn't want you to remember him that way.

He looks at you for a final time, "I love you" is all he says. "I love you too Bobby" you reply trying to keep your composure. You watch as he moves to kneel and pray. That's the last thing you see him do. And that's all it takes for you to completely crumble from the other side of the glass.

I don't unfortunately. I kinda went radio silent here. So sorry for that. But the writers block took over again. I'm hoping to maybe get something done even if it's short within a couple more weeks.

Unless inspiration strikes me and I can get something done today or tomorrow. I've been kind of feeling the writing mood trying to come back. So we'll see!
