i know jackshit about infinite or sonic forces, my only point of reference is an infinadow fanfiction set in the 1940s.

all i know is that if i ever play sonic forces and shadow is not a detective nor infinite a gang boss who helped shadow forge his identity and is absolutely in love with him, i don’t want it.

She is done! And I’m so happy with how she turned out!

So, here is Rouge as the Titan goddess Hecate for my Ancient Gods!AU.

Hecate has so many titles and symbols to her person that I had so much fun trying to figure how to incorporate them into Rouge’s design. It would take too long to explain ever single one in detail, so if you want to learn more about Hecate, Google is your friend.

Why, Hecate? Well, she is a liminal goddess, meaning that (by using her key) she can enter and leave the Underworld whenever she wants. (The only other god who can do that is Hermes, who can also be considered a liminal god.) Some even consider her a chtonic goddess. Since, Shadow is Hades in my AU it just made perfect sense to me. I also think that Rouge’s personality and character traits fit more with what Hecate represented then Aphrodite or Hera. In Greek mythology she is also Persephone’s guide in the Underworld, who I’ve decided is going to be represented by Maria (BUT the relationship between Maria and Shadow is only that of platonic sibling love. NOTHING MORE!)

Next up is either Sonic or Silver. And I’m reconsidering who they should represent, so if you want to help me decide then please do.

Sonic: either Hermes or Apollo (personally I like the idea of him being Hermes (due to Hermes’ personality and reputation), but Apollo also makes so much sense)

Silver: Apollo or Chronos (as with Sonic, I really like the idea of Silver being Apollo, but with Silver being a time traveler Chronos would also make sense)

Infinite has been taken into custody. Why is he being kept alive? Shadow's had a nagging feeling and unclear questions long since before the war ended.

My poor boy, but I really like your take on Sonic Boom Infinite! It’s a really cool and outstanding design!

Have my Sonic Boom Infinite! 

He’s been through a lot involving severe injury to his face and the loss of both his arms but, as you can see, he did not let that stop him. Using his new found abilities involving the manipulation of warped reality through the Phantom Ruby, he’s learned to create himself either floating hands or full on arms to use as he needs them. When not in use he merely wears a cloak to cover his armless shoulders and Ruby. If not for the rest of the Jackal Squad he likely would have not survived the attack that lead to his current appearance.

I have been hyperfixating on this concept for days now
