Anxiety relief spell jar

Ingredients ~ 

Sea salt/rock salt - Purification

Black pepper - Banishing negativity

Thyme - Courage, Health 

Bay leaves - Purification

Ground ginger - Healing 

Black tea - Courage 

Rosmary - Cleansing 

Instructions ~ 

This can be made as large or as small as you wish. Layer the ingredients on top of each other with the intent of banishing any anxieties or worries. If you want to speak the intent of each ingredient do so as you place it into the jar, you could do this out loud or in your head. If you want to add extra layers of ingredients to fill the jar that is fine. A pocket sized version of this could be carried around with you, or a larger jar can be kept in a bedroom or room frequently visited to surround you with the energy. I find this particularly helpful during my wait for exam results!

Sweet dreams spell jar - 

Ingredients - 

Peppermint - Psychic awareness

Seashells - Water element, Representative of the moon

Rosemary - Sleep, Youth, Beauty 

Oregano - Protection 

Lavender - Relaxation, Restful sleep 

Instructions - 

If you are doing this in a smaller jar then the shells may be difficult to use, you could substitute them for any type of crystal, amethyst or clear quartz would work well. Layer the ingredients on top of each other speaking or thinking their intent. This can be done for any size jar, it just happens that the ones I have lying around are medium sized. When working with seashells I would recommend boiling them to remove any bacteria that they may have picked up on the beach. I live right on the beach and so this is a free ingredient for me, if you do not have easy access to shells then they do not have to be used, you could use any small crystals you have or you could use small pebbles as they also represent the beach, water and calming.

Love attraction spell jar - 

Ingredients - 

Cinnamon - Passion, Quick success 

Peppermint - Love and energy 

Lavender - Love and attraction

Ginger - Passion 

Lemon peel - Boosting energy, Sweetness and charm

Instructions - 

Layer each ingredient on top of each other, thinking or speaking aloud the intent. I used stick cinnamon that I crushed myself, but ground cinnamon works exactly the same, I just wanted this jar to have a more rustic feel. I love the fiery colours of this jar, it’s perfect for the upcoming autumn! This would be perfect for a smaller jar that can be carried around with you in a handbag or on a necklace, I only have larger jars so mine is going on the top of my bookshelf/chest of drawers. The shape of my jar meant that things didn’t really fall on top of each other in nice neat layers, but I think it still looks quite nice.
