announcement:
If I were to do a persona-themed story i would probably use my existing non-persona themed characters in an AU sort of way (i.e. the characters i made specifically for persona things are deprecated)

Also anyone know of any good conlanging discord servers I may want to go in one (i am determined to have a conlang actually stick with me for once)
Woman of the Corded Horns Culture (Along with Selected Artifacts)

Overview
The Corded Horns culture is most prevalent in the western barren wastes, stretching along the largest river's drainage basin, which is about 2,000 miles in length. Their art consists predominantly of geometric patterns, with portraits of humans and animals sometimes encountered (though human subject matter is surprisingly rare when it comes to art displayed in public).
It is rumored that more elaborate art exists within the sanctuaries of the so-called 'cicada-bearers,' though outsiders are not allowed in. In fact, there are reports of anthropologists being met with violence upon attempting to enter these sanctuaries.
The name of the culture comes from the fact that people often wear horned helmets with strings of beads wrapped around their horns.
The Languages of the Corded Horns Culture
The Urheimat of the Corded Horns culture seems to be located near the coastal end of the drainage basin. Their language family is very likely related to that of the Carved Wares culture due to overlapping morphological patterns between the two families.
The proto-language of the Corded Horns culture seems to have had a three vowel system not unlike that of Arabic, as well as a series of aspirated and voiceless plosives (labial, alveolar, velar, and uvular). Notably, /f/ seems to have been absent in the proto-language, and is still absent in a number of daughter languages (though others have developed it from the aspirated series of stops, for example).
The language originally had an agglutinative morphology which is still present in some of its descendants, though sound changes in others have resulted in other structures developing.
Of note is the overwhelming sense of importance that the culture places on cicadas being present in a number of words dating all the way back to the time when the proto-language was spoken.
In contrast, cicadas are not of importance in the Carved Wares culture.
Further research into the grammar of the language family is ongoing.

Sylvia Fairhurst
She was born in one of the many Brass Cities that dot the Realm of Sunset to an ommate mother and human father. Due to manifesting telepathy at an early age, the rector of her Brass City designated her as an enforcer of the Ushasbu-worshipping regime (her telepathy allows a limited degree of mind-reading, specifically in the foremost conscious thoughts of an individual). Her entire life then revolved around training herself to eventually fight against the resistance movement in the Realm of Sunset. Once she was old enough, Sylvia was trained in close combat as well as firearms (she specifically prefers handguns) and quickly became a promising recruit-to-be.
However, Sylvia grew to loathe the role that the regime was forcing her into against her will and escaped the city after a raid by the resistance. She has since taken residence in a cabin on the outskirts of the Realm of Sunset's version of Bridgeport, which is a resistance stronghold.
Her training helped her to survive in the wilderness, and she now survives with barely any contact with outsiders (though she does help the occasional lost resistance member). She likes to make food using nuts from Juglans nigra (black walnut) trees in the woods.

I decided to redesign an old OC I made a few years ago. Lore will be posted here in the future.
