Hi y'all! Here is my contribution to the @shadowmonkeysbb​.

This fic was supposed to be my first attempt at horror, with a great focus into the horror I love; those horror stories that frighten you, but the more you think about them the more you realize how much heart they have.

It is not, unfortunately, finished. Life happened after I signed up for the big bang - I finished school, but started an MBA and, to make things even messier, I am moving to a new role at work and this ongoing transition is draining all my batteries. These are not bad changes in any way! On the contrary, they are very good, but they also require my full energy and my full attention. I was able to write two full chapters before this craziness started, and I will post them now. I intend to get back on this story eventually, if my time and energy allow it.

In the meantime, though, I hope you guys enjoy what I came up with! It ain’t much, but it’s honest work and I had a lot of fun writing it.

In the big bang, I had some help setting up the “mood” of this fic, so I also wanna give a special shoutout to my dear friend @thranduil-aran-edhil​ who came up with the playlist for the story and @xeorio​ who came up with the beautiful artwork. Thanks a lot to both of you 💖
