Hey, so I am finally drafting a GO post-season 2 fic, and I want to have Crowley go to the therapy he deserves. However, I've never gone to therapy and I don't really know the mechanics of it or how to approach it in a realistic and accurate. I don't want to fall into incorrect topics or mess it up, so if anyone can direct me to some site that can help me, or give me some tips I'd really appreciate it :)

I have watched all of season 2 of Good Omens, one of the best experiences of my life, and I am feeling alot of emotions right now, but one thing's for certain

We should congratulate Neil Gaiman for his works, we should congratulate Michael sheen and David Tennant for bringing these characters to life in such an extraordinary manner, I can't even EXPRESS HOW MUCH they mean to me, incredible performances from them both (and all the cast) and I hope we do in fact, get a season 3, KEEP STREAMING IT!!! KEEP WATCHING IT

On a more serious and less obsessive note, I can't get over how good of a writer Neil Gaiman is and how brilliant the cast of season 2 is. I mean, I didn't doubt for a minute that it was gonna be amazing, given how good season 1 was, but to actually get to see that magic and talent again is just... I can't really express it because I'm still assimilating everything, but it blew my mind just how perfectly crafted every single bit of this show is. From the script to the casting, the sets, the wardrobe , the filming, the acting, the post-production... It's all so perfect and so obviously worked for that I'm gonna have to watch it several times to properly enjoy it.

It's on then, I am officially in a Good Omens era and I will be hyperfixating on it for the forseeable future. So warning that every post from now on will be GO related (without spoilers for this weekend and after that with a tag that warns of it, just in case)

i've spent the last twelve hours trying to move on from go2 and think about literally anything else. in vain i have struggled, it will not do. i have decided to lean into the fixation, and i will be rewatching right away

ADHD Hob Gadling

After the success of the autistic Dream hc, I'd like to discuss a personal favourite of mine, knowing I'm not the only one who has thought of it: adhd Hob

Hob was adhd centuries before anyone knew about it

He always felt different. Not bad different, just a bit more than the rest of his comrades

Only an Adhd Icon would want to live forever to try everything. Being severely adhd myself, I would certainly not be depressed if I knew I'd never die and therefore it's fine if I spend some weeks on my couch, not doing anything. I wouldn't feel I'm wasting my life

We all agree that Hob tried every drug in his long life. So imagine him trying stimulants for the first time, and instead of a buzz he.. is calm? Everything is quiet all of a sudden? He then manages to respond to all his letters and cleans the house and pays his bills and trims the garden

Fidget toys are everywhere in his apartment, and he allows his students to stim during class as long as they don't distract other students

His Spotify Wrapped is a fucking mess. There are only two options: a) 100% randomness, from Death Metal to Mongolian throat singing or b) entire albums of non-lyric atmospheric post-rock that he listens to help him focus

Eleanor complained multiple times that she couldn't sleep as he kept tossing and turning

His closet is a mass grave of abandoned, half-baked projects from various hobbies

Skin picking

All of this culminates in Dream being absolutely gone for his ability to never stop, never give up, never tire, never getting enough

And Hob finds all these memes about ADHDs and autistics being drawn to eachother and finally everything with Dream makes sense. It's them against the world

Star Wars au?? Where Dream is a powerful Jedi, somewhat disillusioned with the order, and Hob is an ex bounty hunter, trying make a (slightly more) honest living as a smuggler. Their paths cross. More than once.

"We have got to stop meeting like this. People will talk." The man says, rather too dramatically for Dream’s taste. His rough and dirty hands are cuffed behind his back and he's clearly been beaten up a bit by the locals. He's still grinning.

"As there is nobody here to see us, I hardly think there is any danger of that." Dream sniffs in a dignified manner. He's cuffed too, although he could get out of them if he wanted. Doesn't seem much point when they're locked in a cell anyway. He's saving his energy.

The last time he saw Hob Gadling, their positions were remarkably similar, only the planet was different. They seem destined to share every jail cell in the galaxy, apparently.

"You could use the force." Gadling suggests. Dream can't tell if he's been sarcastic. "You know. Magic the cuffs off, open the door. Get my blaster back for me. I made special modifications on that thing, it's dangerous in the wrong hands."

"That is not how the force works." Dream grumbles, even though it... it sort of is, isn't it? "What makes you think I am a Jedi, in any case?"

"It's mostly the cape, to be honest. Very over the top, it's a dead giveaway. And last time we met I saw you cut a man in half with a lightsaber."

"...a fair assumption, then." Dream acknowledges. He'd kill for his saber right now, literally. Unfortunately he's lost it, and had to go looking for it. Again. Which is why he's ended up in this stupid cell. "What modifications does your blaster have?"

"Increased range, better stability. If you hit the button on the side it shoots fire. Oh, and a knife comes out the barrel if you hold the trigger for a while. Good for close range combat." Hob Gadling looks very proud of himself. He's rather nice to look at under the mop of chestnut hair. He could do with a shave and a wash, but Dream suspects that he scrubs up alright.

"Help me to retrieve my weapon, and I will help you to retrieve yours." Dream offers, slowly. He is not in the habit of making alliances. But this doesn't seem like a bad place to start.

"I have a funny feeling that I should only trust you as far as I can throw you. Which, on reflection, is probably quite a long way. You're like a twig. So, alright. It's a deal, Master Jedi." Gadling grins and reaches out his bound hands.

Dream is already having regrets.

Sherlock managed to piss off a witch and her curse hit Greg instead of Sherlock so he turned into a goldfish. Mycroft and Anthea stay with Greg while Sherlock and John go on an adventure to figure out how to break the curse lol
