Hey guys! What an incredible journey of learning and growing it has been for me as I have launched my health coaching business and I couldn't thank God enough for leading me down this path! I am starting to discover my own strength and direction in my coaching practice. Since I've started, helping my friends has become more than just about nutrition and exercise; it has become helping them find balance in their life. Starting out, they came in unsure of how they can fit eating healthy and exercising into their life - they barely have enough time for themselves! I have been able to help my friends who work overtime, multiple jobs, and facing other various overwhelming circumstances create times to, not only support their physical health through nutrition and exercise, but also their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. We work togeher to find small, easy, doable solutions to integrate a healthy balanced lifestyle and help you feel refreshed (which is where my name was inspired from except I didn't think it would be from more than food and movement!) Each session, I get to hear how the changes they have made have been, not only helpful, but uplifting. Between developing small habits, time management, prioritizing, tips, tools, building confidence, finding your true center, and facing the unknown, it has been amazing hearing about how their lives are slowly being repaired. If there was a pattern to be recognized, it's that it doesn't mean much to eat healthy and exercise only to live a stressful, overwhelmed, isolated life. I want to help you feel healthy AND happy through a well-balanced life. Another key component that I have been adding into my coaching is integrating my faith into the session. We as humans should be humble enough to know that we can only do so much on our own but by aligning our paths with God's will, all things are possible! As I chase God, I want to start practicing leading God-centered sessions. It's not to say that it is going to be a Bible thumping session. And even if you don't believe in a God, it could still be relational and helpful <3 If you feel like my coaching could benefit you, feel free to message me or jump right in and schedule a FREE consultation with me through here: https://yourefreshed.wufoo.com/forms/free-health-consultation/ I would LOVE to help you! <3 Psalms 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

I’m on my own health journey and always learning, changing, and getting reminded of things.
One thing I remembered today is that life is a balancing act.
It’s not JUST about eating healthy. It’s not JUST about getting your fit on.
It’s about the commitments you make (anyone else spread themselves too thin?), financial stress, physical exhaustion, mental overwhelm, emotional roller coaster.
When it starts getting to be too much, I start to slack in my eating and workouts.
It’s really EVERYTHING else in my life that dictates the rest of my health. And when I start sacrificing my health, I get moody and cranky. It starts a downward spiral.
Now that I know, it’s about stopping the motion and moving forward and it all starts with the mind and heart.
A simply prayer to God helps me alleviate a lot of my stress and turns me from a worrier to a listener, both spiritually and physically.

Felt antsy. And so I did a little solo training session... And man oh man.. are my spirits lifted. I thank God for my health. I thank God for my body. And I thank God for the people I've crossed paths with to show me dance. I owe my life to Him ❤🙏 #hiphop #popping #breaking #blessed #Godisgood #lifeisbeautiful #musicislife #danceislife

If there is anything that I have learned in my life, it is that, not only is change inevitable, but it is necessary.
It is what fuels our growth, opens opportunities, brings adventures, failures as much as lessons, and brings forth a new and improved life.
The thing is, most people settle in what their life has to offer.... What they dream and yearn for are nothing but just that - dreams.
Most don't realize that dreams can turn into reality.
It won't be easy but it is possible.
Welcome change. Chase dreams.
