Berlin-based artist whose work exists at the threshold of rhythm and atmosphere. Emerging from years of sonic experimentation, his music blends hypnotic repetition, subtle distortion, and emotional restraint to create immersive, slow-burning techno. Known for extended sets that unfold like rituals, he shapes space with sound—inviting the listener not to escape, but to disappear inward.

The ending of the "Home Sessions" was bitter sweet knowing I completely stepped out of my comfort zone. Being put on the wire performing an improvised ambient set. Pressures arose and results were delivered, solutions to dissolution. The enjoyment was really a new experience and something I have been working towards with my modular equipment. This photo was shot on my analog PAS camera on some wild experimental film I acquired which is all the green dots. Until next time, you'll be hearing from me in the near future here in this lil creative corner. Ciao for now!
Sincerely,

Just a little snippet from my performance, that shows the practice I was discussing in my previous blog posts. I really enjoyed Sharing this with you. As well as a huge change for me, to write and share my methods and externalize my processes.

Here are some pre show photos, that display just before performing, how I engage my viewers/audience, and have them incorporated into the performances. By having them say something (e.g. a phrase, a word, or a noise) to be played back and sampled through out the experimental ambient set. It also keeps them patiently anticipating the playback of their recording, even tho some in audible many really enjoyed it because they could identify the tone and frequency of their own voices. I felt that the miss hap with me needing to repurpose my field recorder to record my performance and utilizing my Iphone for playback was a blessing in disguise. Truly creative solutions arise when in the most stressful scenarios.

Here was was my system with my case running into my Model1 mixer on the left. With two EFX on the Aux/Return Channels those were the two devices on the left of my case, where I also placed my phone to play back from the voice memo recordings. How I incorporated my phone was last minute due to needing my field recorder, to record the performance as my mixers recording device. I figured this solution out which was even nicer due to being able to scroll through the recorded material at will. I routed the phone into a stereo input on my atmos/drone module ONEIROI which also has a looper with in it and has a 5 sec buffer that allows you to recorded anything in the input. So I could mangle audio simultaneously as I also playback in parallel. With my Model1 was a nice touch as the mixer being able to utilize the master filter during the performance. I hope you enjoyed the configuration insight.

My latest performance was a live ambient modular set. In a private listening session intimate, and inviting space layout with warm lighting. Where I incorporated my cellular device as a playback device, in conjunction with my case.

Here I was supposed to Debut my EP release but the music files corrupted mid set, and playback for my music didn't happen unfortunately. My performance I have had planned to deliver was great but was sadly not able to display my latest releases.

PULLING INSPIRATION, yet again from Automotive interests, seeing the energy created by machinery especial vehicles. F1 is a huge lore to me and the sound the V12, V10, and V8 motors made on acceleration and deceleration, Up shift, Down shift. the heat generated is surreal. Like Saturation, especially analog gear and the harmonic rich overtones that can be created with in the audio treat meant realm. This phot some how resonates this for me at least. I hope you enjoy my correlation of machinery to music.

For majority of my music I incorporate Hardware with long sound design sessions. Running takes for 15-20 mins at a time with simple 4bar loop running as I generate my patches. If I don't enjoy The Patches in the first 5 minutes I always refresh it and start from scratch. Here I am installing my new SERGE programmer based sequencer I did a SERGE workshop and learned that you can recall CV on a device as such. To allow patch programming and make changes and be able to recall to the original patch programmings while making changes to the appropriate parameters patched out from this module.
Stay Cool,

I'm not one to take photos showing I've been some where. I truly respect rules, even if they seem outrageous or cult like. But a friend allowed me to borrow this photo after our long night together. Leaning into where I draw a lot of inspiration from are; sharing moments, exchanging words, dancing, being one inside the machine, and giving ones self to the experience. To me is everything. Truly living in the now with people you don't know. I have a saying that i used in a unreleased track; "Are you one where you are" it's applicable to many scenarios in life. For me every moment on the dance floor counts. No phones in the air to disrupt the energy, creating discomfort or distraction. The people are there to move until the music stops... Berghain is an experience I truly can say, you have to try and experience it at least once, and even if that Experience is being told, "sorry not tonight". Which I have experienced as well, Its never a given even being a regular. This as well inspires me due to the understanding of the intent of curating at the door, for the night, the music, the art, the people. It is surreal in a way to be able to enjoy it as well as enjoying the no. Truly makes me think about spaces like these that I make my music to be played in. The discoverys all in the fine details.

[THE RECLAIMING] Stepping into the realm of machine music, for dance floors. The touch we loose is the feeling of organic life. To inspire my insight on this with how the origins of techno began in Detroit, how "man" was working the motor city along side machines buzzing, stamping, turning, drilling, conveyor belts driving, and hydraulics pushing. As man being the conductor of these machines. I truly love the thought of this, and now for me instead of "man" the other organic thought of how nature will always reclaim what man has created. Making systems inter twine, creating system feedbacks and routing modulations, to become self generative. Breathing like it has its own life. I feel then as I program my equipment alongside this approach gives chance to incorporating the human touch alongside the living machine. Thank you for listening, externalizing these thought processes real help delve deeper into other possible outcomes.

Pulling inspiration from machinery like automotive racing, engines, electrical wiring, most of the systems , tools and more. Really inspire me knowing how they design the vehicles and systems to endure the hardships of racing. Similar to when I am sound designing with the equipment and vintage gems I find that help me make my audio a unique sonic finger print. Like every car is tailored to the drivers needs and the teams goals. Thus creating a symbiotic relation ship between man and machine. The true joy and understanding for me is all the mechanical sounds and noises created by these machines and race tuned vehicles sing like no other. Exhaust notes, straight cut gears that whine, wind, resonance in the cockpit, smell of fuel, all the bumps and feedback from the racing course or street. Truly awes my imagination and bring me in this space to create music as I over look the vehicular elegance. What i have described brings bliss to my creative mind, and makes me think of how I can utilize my machines and software to push my creative limits. Delve into the stripped down essence of my music that drives dance floors utilizing minimalist ideas, precise frequency usage and giving more with less.
