Tips & Tricks Not To Do
1. Ice baths do not burn an insane amount of calories - being cold will actually SLOW your metabolism, because your body is trying to retain heat. You burn more calories in room or hotter temperatures. Ice baths can also be dangerous because it does lower your body’s natural core temperature, and this can lead to blood clots, heart problems, and various other complications.

2. Ignore the 100 calories workouts. Why? Because you do not burn 100 calories. There are no universal workouts that burn the exact amount of calories for everyone. Someone who is 300 pounds burns twice the amount of caloris than someone who’s 150 pounds. And honestly, the only person who burns 100 calories on those plans are people who are over 300 pounds. Even then it’s iffy. Just don’t fall for it.

3. Hydration. Is. Key. Just upping your water intake to the levels your body needs will be enough to help jump start weightloss. It regulates the water your body needs, help’s you get rid of excess water weight, plus it helps your body maintain a majority of it’s natural processes. It can take only 3 days to die without consuming water, don’t risk it.

4. Don’t bother with lax or diet pills. Lax will dehydrate you and only force you to lose extra water and waste weight. Diet pills have insane amounts of caffeine. Your best bet is to use cayenne pepper extract  and vitamin b complex which naturally do what diet pills are marketed to do. Not to mention, just google diet pill side effects.

5. Do not chew and spit. It’s not a good alternative. The moment you smell food your body starts the digestive process. Now most of the time this isn’t a big deal. However, once you chew food, your stomach is producing stomach acid. Without food for your stomach to digest, you will have acid build up cause acid reflux, stomach ulcers, nausea, and various other problems.

6. In terms of eating disorders, fasting is never a good option. While fasting can be healthy for someone who is healthy, chances are if you’re restricting your body is already battling to maintain it’s life. Our bodies are not designed to have low intakes all the time. Consult a physician before you fast. Also, do not fast when you need to operate a vehicle or any other machine. End your fast if you feel a burning sensation in your stomach or develop acid reflux.

7. In every health case, avoid fast food. Not only is the food insanely unhealthy for you (there are healthier options at most chains if you ever need to eat out at one) but the FDA actually allows a lot of these chains to lie about their calorie count by 20%. Most food companies can do it anyways, but fast food is the most guilty.  Supersize Me actually did expand on this so watching that will give you a bit more information.

8. A good 90% of the so called “pro-ana” tips being spread around are complete BS. While some people may find them helpful, the reality is that most people don’t. You will find what works for you naturally.

9. The more you restrict or fast the smaller your stomach/intestines shrink. It may sound good now, but the moment you eat more than your body can naturally handle, you are at risk for stomach/intestinal ruptures since your body is no longer used to eating regular amounts.

10. Do not eat cotton balls for the love of God. I don’t know who even came up with this idea but cotton balls can easily cause intestinal blockages that can kill you, cause massive infection, and could end up needing to be surgically removed. I’ve also seen a few people suggest tying candy to a string then pulling it back up to induce purging? You’re going to choke to death at some point with that, or tear a hole in your esophagus which, best of luck surviving that one. Seriously, don’t follow these stupid tips.

11. Take a multivitamin. If you restrict you lose nutrients, losing nutrients lands you in a hospital, hospital finds out you have an eating disorder and forces you to eat.
In conclusion, just use your common sense and reason. If it sounds too good to be true, or if it sounds dangerous, it most likely is. Stay safe

I want people to stare and look at me and worry.
I want attention.
I want people to try and help me. But I don’t want help.
I want to be petite. I want to be so small, the wind could blow me away.
I want to be hit on. I want to be validated. I want people to stare at me and be jealous
I want to constantly feel my bones. I want to be able to wrap my entire hand around my arm.
I want people to stare in awe on how I went from almost 200 lbs to a mere 100. I want to be on the thinnest of ice. I want to be barely normal weight. I want to be one pound away from being severely underweight.
Is that so hard?

I miss feeling my hip bones hurt when I'd lay on the floor. I miss my friends saying my ass was too boney to sit on their laps. I miss being a size 2 and being too small to shop in the womens section. I miss my families comments about me needing to eat a sandwich as I stuffed my face with safe foods. I miss getting all my friends hand-me-downs and them NEVER fitting my small frame. I miss how my collarbones stuck out. I miss how my thighs never touched so none of my jeans needed to be tossed out. I don't know why I ever fucking gave up. I just didn't want to hate food, I love food but its not my friend.

What to do when you stop losing weight and you're eating below 1200 calories.
The gut instict of course is to cut lower. Many of us (Myself included) are bad about going... oh 800 doesnt work anymore? Time to eat 600. And yes it does result in quicker fat loss.
But here's why you shouldn't necessarily just lower your cals more if youre already hardcore restricting and still not losing.
You metabolism is like a fire. It will never stop burning, but calories are kindle. So when you cut calories. The fire (your metabolism) is still burning what was put on the pyre prior and will burn weight off super quickly. But as you decrease the calories (kindle) that fire slowly is suffocated out.
This happens regardless of your calorie deficit. It's natural.
But how do we fix this stall in weight loss? The lowering of the metabolic fire?
For most it's easy enough. You eat more for a day (add more kindle for a day) and the fire will spark up pretty high again.
But what if you're fire is so low its almost out and you're eating like 200 cals and barely losing.
Well sadly you're gonna have to do something a bit more long term. You're gonna have to reverse diet.
This means adding in a few extra calories every day until you're at your maintenence before cutting again.
Now you may be wondering. Wouldn't you gain weight? And the answer is a tentative yes because it is only in the short term. Any of the little weight you gain will quickly be lost once that fire is roaring again. And then you can go back to losing quickly. You also should add in more exercise which will help offset the weight gain while your metabolism gets back up and running.

Looking at pics of my old body n crying bc I’m actually fat now like I’m not exaggerating. I went from 115-210 in 6 years 🤮
I’m back on my @na shit
Only ate 499 cal today. Need to start drinking water more chewing on 0 cal gum again.
When I was close with Ana I would only eat dinner because it was required to eat with my parents but I would take a long time to cut the food up and I would chew super slowly on smaller bites. That way they didn’t notice.
At school I had to eat lunch bc teachers n counselors b snitching. I would only eat the carrots. Maybe some sugary whatever that was in there if I felt extra extra tired.
Results? I was 85-90 lb at 5’0” in 10th grade. I fell down the stairs so frequently between classes that ppl got used to it and would just move out of the way lol. I only gained weight when I was hospitalized and then subsequently stopped caring ab my weight. Now here I am again.
Natural appetite suppressants + lax: chia seeds, green tea extract, coffee (if u get a good blend u can drink it black so no cal). Chew the inside of ur cheeks if u can’t chew gum. Keep ibuprofen on hand for headaches. For fatigue either pinch urself or get a supplement. U can research to find the right one. (Also there’s good weight loss shit on eBay just research first)
