If I lose weight I’ll be less dysphoric AND dysmorphic AND my clothes will fit better or looser literally only good things. And people won’t say mean shit about my body anymore or stop talking to me as soon as they see me like I’ll actually get compliments again. Sick and tired of having a body but atleast if I get skinny it’ll be better

Sorry I’ve been kinda inactive!! Life busy :] as some of my friends on here know I was admitted to the hospital a few weeks ago for an attempt, then was admitted to the psychiatric care unit. I’m doing a lot better mentally and I’m at home for school now

Vanilla cookies
79 Calories (for all of them)
Ingredients
3 Egg whites. ( 49 cals )
1 table spoon coconut flour ( 30 Cals )
3 teaspoons Stevia. ( 0 cals )
½ teaspoon vanilla extract. ( 0 cals )
½ teaspoon baking powder. ( 0 cals )
Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks, sift all the dry ingredients together
Then gently fold all ingredients together. ( You have to be gentle or you’ll push all the air out of the eggs
Then spray a tray with a nonstick spray (KEY STEP ) spoon into a tray
Bake at a medium heat for about 17 minutes or until golden brown.
These are super light and super yummy and mainly protein so there very good.
To get individual calorie count divide 79 by the number of cookies you make.
This recipe was inspired by the amazing @thin-as-flowers and her slightly lower chocolate cookie recipe I have also Reblogged.

☆INGREDIENTS☆
•COCONUT FLOUR 2 TBSP [45]
•UNSWEET ALMOND MILK 2 TBSP [8]
•UNSWEET APPLESAUCE 2 TBSP [8]
•1/2 TBSP CHOCOLATE CHIPS [35]
•3 DROPS VANILLA EXTRACT [0]
•3 DROPS ALMOND EXTRACT [0]
•2TBSP 0 CALORIE SUGAR [0]
♤ Directions ♤
▪In a small bowl add your coconut flour and make sure there are no lumps
▪Next in another bowl mix together applesauce, milk, extracts and sugar
▪Whisk those together until smooth
▪Now add wet ingredients into your coconut flour and begin to mix the dough together either with (clean) hands or a fork
▪If mixture isnt wet enough for you add teaspoon by teaspoon of more milk until the right consistency
▪Once adjusted to preference add in your chocolate chips and mix. Now taste test and add more 0 calorie sugar or extracts to your liking.
