He could probably hear her giggling, but she wasn't sure if he could tell that she was putting flowers that grew around the Island in his hair. Kee couldn't tuck them in too far or else she'd risk him finding out, so they would probably fall out if he moved too much, but that knowledge didn't slow her down even a little. Clearly, just sitting on the beach and watching the water hadn't been enough for her.
@oathkccper
He’d been perfectly content with lying in the sand, watching sunlight dance across the water’s surface. However, his partner weapon had other ideas. Liv wasn’t bothered, not in the slightest. Kee made sure to be gentle with threading the flowers in his hair. Her mild laughter just as light and melodic as the trickle of waves along the shore.
Liv leaned back and smiled, ‘catching’ her in the act and armed with some advice.
“Make sure you get the white ones. They go with my scarf.”

“…right.”
She had him there. All other keyblades he’d met so far had been aligned with the light. They were also much more considerate with personal space. Something he’d been led to believe was common courtesy. Clearly not.
His eyes dropped from hers to the single finger she so carefully trailed down his chest. He’d admit, up close, she was pretty cute. Though her sultry voice and proximity had an unfamiliar pressure tugging at his core. Liv didn’t like it, or rather, he didn’t like his lack of control over it.
That didn’t stop him form smirking at her when he gently grasped her hand and moved it away from his chest though.
“Wei. Nice name. Who’s your wielder? Or are you like me and have more than one?”
She tilted her head slightly, lips curling as she eyed him up and down. Oh yes, she could feel the darkness radiating off of him. He was a powerful keyblade, she could tell with their proximity. She had to take a step closer just to be extra sure.
“Well actually, I meant a keyblade of darkness. Those are pretty rare.” She informed him, voice as rich and smooth as honey. “Oblivion, huh? How impressive. I’m Way to the Dawn, but-” She leaned forward, one delicate finger tracing down his chest as she eyed him from under her lashes. “You can call me Wei.”

“Whoa,” he chuckled, throwing his hands up in mock-surrender. “Didn’t mean to hit a nerve, but you kinda proved my point.”
Liv stuffed his hands in his pockets and relaxed his shoulders. “As for my wielder, I’ve got three, and one of ‘em definitely had that coma thing going.”

“Hey, fuck you. Ven lost years of his life in that coma, what’s your Wielder’s excuse? And for the record, I’m never calling anyone Master again. Not even like, Aqua or something.”

//Don’t mind me I’m just wondering what Liv’s relationship to Xion is
Because Roxas doesn’t get Oblivion (and Oathkeeper I’m pretty sure) until after he defeats Xion, absorbs her, and then starts to forget she existed.
So...does Liv like her? Are they friends? Is she like his mom b/c the passing of her memory is what created him in the first place? Is he slightly resentful b/c her existence, and then subsequent erasure, caused so many people so many problems?
HMMMMM.

The wings were...different. Even without being able to tell what she was, he’d yet to come across a keyblade with such a defining feature.
She was one of darkness, though fainter than his. She also felt familiar somehow. Maybe they shared a wielder. If they did, it would make for a good starting point to break the ice. She seemed nervous.
“Nah, keyblades have been popping up all over the place lately. Not sure why. I’m Oblivion, Liv to make it easy. You?”
@yamiinoha
“Well, well, looks like I’m not the only… one…”
Her joking statement faltered as she turned to face the fellow keyblade of darkness. While her black demon wings were, well, sort of a giveaway to her true nature, he looked completely like a human. A tall, broad-shouldered, rather cute human.
‘What blue eyes…’ With deep, glossy black hair to really make them pop.
#bladeeater#v;canon#;thread#//shoujo style omg#yes lets have the typical anime-esque meeting before the fight to the death owo

Weapon Mastery Academy (based heavily on Soul Eater)
Due to the growing number of weapons gaining a human form, a school was build for weapons (and wielders during the advanced courses) to hone their skills and better assist their wielders in battle. Such courses include helping weapons bolster their weaknesses and amplify their strengths. For example, a weapon lacking in magic may be able to compensate by learning how to summon physical barriers if their wielder is ever too distracted or otherwise out of resources for healing spells.
Introductory courses include the basics of hand-to-hand combat, swordfighting, and general physical fitness.
Intermediate courses include transformations such as turning into a keyblade glider, mid to high level magic, and using summons.
The advanced sessions consist mainly of connecting a weapon’s heart to that of its wielder. This may seem a bit redundant, considering in order for a wielder to use a particular keyblade their hearts have to be ‘compatible’ in a sense. However the linking of hearts is an intricate process which can be dangerous if not done correctly, and may be especially tricky for wielders that hold more than one keyblade at a time.
Assignments are given in the form of small missions the weapons are sent on in order to evaluate their competency and skill.
Upon successful completion of the final exam, weapons are given the ‘Ultima’ title as proof of their mastery of the materials.
**Note: This is NOT s closed verse. Meaning I won’t be keeping a record of who’s ‘enrolled’ and all that jazz. Because I’m lazy af and I’m putting this up so we have some basic information to refer back to for anyone who wants to take part in this.
I won’t require you to put up a bio for this (but you can if you want). If you have a certain tag you want to use for this verse, feel free to use that. Mine will be ‘v;acadedmy’.
Under the cut is everyone who liked my initial post and/or the one after it. Some of you also helped me flesh out this verse a little more, thank you! Have fun!
