Oh hi! A few people asked me about this AU and I really didn't expect people to like it and engage so much, but I'm glad you all did! So I decided to make a small post with some information about :)

I don't exactly have a name for this AU that started with just some ideas shared with my dear friend who helped me a lot in the process (follow him on Twitter @_SoGek1ng_ He is so talented! And he helps me with a lot of illustrations too) So I ended up starting to get really attached and now I can't breathe without them they're consuming a lot of my life at the moment, so here we go!

So, the first ones to bond together were Shanks, Mihawk and Buggy, Due to the history they have with each other over the years, despite the breakups and reconciliations over the years, they managed to get back together.

Buggy and Mihawk didn't start dating until they were in the Cross guild together, Shanks dated them individually but they had nothing between them until then.

Crocodile and Mihawk already had a history before, shortly after Crocodile left Impel Down, they came to meet with business excuses that always ended in something more, But they started to have a more serious relationship when they were also in the Cross guild and that's when they started dating Buggy too.

Doflamingo and Crocodile had almost the same relationship as Shanks with Mihawk and Buggy, a phased love where they broke up and reconciled for many years until after Dressrosa, Where Crocodile helped Doflamingo escape from the Marines, was when they came to terms with actually being together.

Buggy and Doflamingo met through Crocodile, and let's say that Doflamingo really liked the clown and they also ended up having a relationship.

This is a very light explanation of how they started to have a relationship, but if you want, I can make a post talking about each relationship in more depth because I still have a lot to say about all of this.

But this AU really starts with Buggy's surprise pregnancy (I'm sorry to anyone who doesn't like this trope) but basically, Buggy is a trans man who, unlike Crocodile (who had Ivankov's help in transitioning), has been taking hormonal treatment with testosterone for many years until now, so no one expected him to actually get pregnant, and in the end the most confusing part is that they didn't know who the biological father could be, since it could be between Mihawk, Shanks and Doflamingo (everyone wants a piece of the clown and I love them for it)

In the end, Buggy decides to keep the pregnancy and the others come together to take care of him and his future baby, where their relationship begins to deepen into something more intimate as they build their own confusing, mess and unlikely family, but believe me they strangely make it work.

And the last surprise was that Buggy was carrying twins, who they only discovered at birth, their names are Egretta and Heron :) They are twins from different fathers, where Egretta is Shanks' biological daughter and Heron is Mihawk's biological son.

So I hope this post hasn't gotten confusing because it's a bit direct, and I'm still slightly apprehensive about posting about this AU in full detail, but the reaction from all of you was so good that it made me more comfortable, feel free to ask any questions you want! Or suggestions for future posts are welcome!

Oh I actually have an unposted AU fanfic that's probably around 70k words long I think? ( That hasn't even ended yet I'm a little crazy about them at the moment, as you can tell) But it's written in Brazilian Portuguese, So there's some translation work before I post it, but who knows, maybe one day I'll end up posting it.

But about headcanons and drabbles I will definitely post some! (I even left open some questions about their children and this AU I mentioned so maybe I'll make small posts about them if people wanted)

And oh my god how cute! Shanks is definitely a teasing machine and it's even worse when he and Doflamingo team up to drive them crazy, God bless Mihawk and Crocodile's patience because Buggy definitely doesn't have it.

Oh this is so sweet! I really got emotional because I didn't think people would engage in this polyamorous relationship ( I actually expected criticism hahaha) But I'm so glad people liked it! And thanks for writing! Maybe one day I'll have the courage to post my fic about them.
