I’ve always said that the world is a different place for the heartbroken. It moves on a different axis, at a different speed. Time skips backwards and forwards fleetingly. The heartbroken might go through thousands of micro-emotions a day trying to figure out how to get through it without picking up the phone to hear that old familiar voice. In the land of heartbreak, moments of strength, independence, and devil-may-care rebellion are intricately woven together with grief, paralyzing vulnerability and hopelessness. Imagining your future might always take you on a detour back to the past. And this is all to say, that the next album I’ll be releasing is my version of Red.

Musically and lyrically, Red resembled a heartbroken person. It was all over the place, a fractured mosaic of feelings that somehow all fit together in the end. Happy, free, confused, lonely, devastated, euphoric, wild, and tortured by memories past. Like trying on pieces of a new life, I went into the studio and experimented with different sounds and collaborators. And I’m not sure if it was pouring my thoughts into this album, hearing thousands of your voices sing the lyrics back to me in passionate solidarity, or if it was simply time, but something was healed along the way.

Sometimes you need to talk it over (over and over and over) for it to ever really be… over. Like your friend who calls you in the middle of the night going on and on about their ex, I just couldn’t stop writing. This will be the first time you hear all 30 songs that were meant to go on Red. And hey, one of them is even ten minutes long.

Red (Taylor’s Version) will be out November 19.

- About a girl scared that the man she’s in a relationship with, WILL leave cause that’s always what happens. She’s fine cause she has come to terms that this will always happen

Track 9 on Lovers is Cornelia Street

- About a girl so in love that she hopes that it never ends!

Can’t believe the amount of bullshit I have seen in the past day, the comments from Scott were he reworded Taylor Swift’s message but in a light that he thought made him look good ( but we saw through that) and the people that scooter has posting messages about how he is a good person, Bieber we all saw the people that you thought had great character back in 2012-2016, when you were BOOED the whole time giving a live performance.... I’m sure that didn’t feel great, but you made a come back, if a female did what you did she wouldn’t have been giving the same respect. We know that you didn’t come up with that post and I’m sure that a clown dresssed as a king did it for you. But don’t you see how controlling people can be. All @taylorswift wants is to own her heart and soul, she is the most poetic song writer that I have ever heard! Scooter and Scott shouldn’t underestimate the power of @taylorswift or @taylornation .... she will get to own her Masters, we will make sure of it! She just throw a match on his paper town, and we have more gasoline and matches to watch it go up in smoke! We see the support in so many Female artists, Todrick, the Pratt family and I’m sure so many artists that think that artists should have the right to own the music they write on the bedroom floor at 2am. The internet will try to bully @taylorswift but we know that the truth will shine, and the Queen will get her crown back, not by the hand of the abuser/snake charmer but by her very powerful voice!

Scott, just because @taylorswift Dad was a shareholder doesn’t mean that she knew. Also don’t bring up Parkland and Manchester, when she donated so much money to the foundation when you send money to AGA. Also giving her the “opportunity” to “win” back her rights for her past albums by writing a new album in its place, is unfair and not the same as buying the company! That sounds like abuse and the way that your side stepping is like your trying to cover your tracks..... if @taylorswift could have brought Big Machine she would have stayed with the company instead she left to join with another one that is letting her have her own Taylor Swift Productions, Inc. Time will tell, we have been through battles before but we will always fight dragons with you @taylorswift . We stood by you before the ME TOO era, when people said that you couldnt be assaulted cause you didn’t have a booty, you fight for your right and you won! You also fight for more rights when it came to streaming platforms, you are a step ahead and fight for so many people! Lovers will be your biggest era yet, I’m so excited to come sing my heart out and cry like I did for 1989 and rep ❤️

the fact that scooby snack included a screenshot of his friend saying “when your buddy buys taylor swift” into his instagram story of him bragging about this situation…. really turns my stomach and shows the entire point of the purchase in the first place! love when men show themselves without even trying.

We love and support her, now we know the full story of what happened and we know who to support ❤️ I’m so sorry this happened to you, but good will always win..... he will slip up and we will be ready!
