Well we know that this cap wasn’t even in the prior series (and shoutout to those claims of “staying closer/faithful to the manga”) and we know that its importance may even have not yet been part of the manga published so far when it first aired (2001)… so…

Anyway, probably my first spoiler-tagged Fruits Basket post lol. Couldn’t resist taking on this topic. And oh, maybe even if we mention/talk about it, there’s still underlying drama anyway so I think… it’s not a spoiler?? But it’s best if people new to the series just stay oblivious to it??
