So, last night in the span of like 5 hours, I ended up having 3 breakdowns 😎 one of which was a mental breakdown

For me, a mental breakdown is where I've been in my own head overthinking and degrading myself so much that as a result, my inner mind essentially collapses itself as a defensive mechanism and makes everything feel numb. Along with that, anything I do takes up so much energy, even typing all this is taking a lot.

I will say, I am doing a little better now. My mind isn't collapsed anymore, though it's in shambles right now. I still feel a little numb, but I'm able to actively show emotions again. Talking to my boyfriend has really helped so much

Halloween was so fuckin' depressing tonight. Ryan bailed on me so I went solo, hardly any of the houses actually had lights on and there were hardly any people. Felt so depressing just walking alone and not seeing shit

I feel so burnt out on everything. Every videogame, very platform. Everything. Not to mention it feels like I've lost my spark on everything. I'm afraid of what'll happen if I don't stop being burnt out or not gain my spark again. I've always felt like a failure and that feeling is 10 times worse now.

And the stupidest thing? I have a crush on someone that's aromantic so it's literally impossible for them to like me back. It's stupid to have a crush on someone like that I know, but I just do.
