Been awhile I know but currently restless and trying too calm my anxiety and pain has me thinking of a story I once heard and got me too real ax as I hear the waves crashing in front of me. looking at the stars splattering the sky over the waves crashing early this morning has got me thinking.... Murphy’s law We all know right? Let me Refresh your memory if you don’t it states whatever will happen will happen and nothing you or anyone can do csn stop it. Sounds intense right well it’s reality and sometimes it hits hard and sometimes it’s in your favor it’s out of your control, choices you make now send you in your path good or bad no matter what time moves forward. Time is so valuable we aren’t promised today or rest of today or tomorrow and I know I’m sounding dark but I once heard a quote and it goes something like this “You know the most loneliest place in the world is? And you answer what is and I answer the graveyard because it’s full of broken dreams that were never fulfilled” Meaning time is valuable so go after those dreams and take the hits and failures but keep moving forward!!!!! I know it’s tough and life can slam you hard but we are all warriors get back up and fight for your dreams leave your legacy you want to be remembered!!!! In closing I’m not preaching cause I need to do that too I am my own competition and hardest critic in the room and I got to constantly remind myself to do what I just stated !! Facing yourself battling yourself doubting yourself, everyday I wake up I battle !! The war will always be there but the battles you go through which grows you is what’s important!!! Will you win or loose ? Will you actually grow or fall back(which isn’t bad it’s still growth)? Everyday my biggest battle is myself I’m my own worst enemy but I decide to win every time and let up on myself to say it’s ok for the pain the trials the way life slams you down and you know allow me to loose and fail!! I learned to forgive me and push myself and discipline myself so I can grow!!! Lessons are failures and are all paths which we must go through that leads us and molds us into who we are today As I Can’t sleep once again this time my mind is at ease but just can’t sleep, it’s crazy to think about how far I come in different things one day your looking at your phone empty and feeling sick and the next your subconsciously scrolling through ig. It’s crazy how life throws you around especially social media it shocks me to see all this. To this day I don’t hold regret or what ifs I love and love hard and live my blessed life I am to have every day even harder of the mindset of just do it!! Or why not?! Things get thrown before you daily hourly monthly and teary I mean how crazy is this year is a perfect example , you can either give up and turn around cry and complain and paralyze your growth or you can do what I do and just go through it head on and ya duh it hurts 10/10 it will hurt but like I said in my training to my clients and to myself “#hurtssoogood” hahahahaha pain is temporary and Murphy’s law will kick you in every way possible it’s goin to happen but you will survive and grow and be that one step closer where you want to be. As I stated up too and now “ failure is one step closer to your success and where you want to be” !!! I’ve also stated many times over and over and over again your faith and mindset dictate your story , YOU ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER & ONLY ONE that matters!!!! GROW YOURSELF 1st and be good to others and build each other up we all need it no ones perfect it’s about time we realize that let’s be the generation that makes the change to build each other up for a solid future !!!!! Deep in thought tonight and I can’t sleep and analyzing my last four yrs of my life, honestly it’s nuts how time can fly right!!!!??? One year your surviving death(being drugged and left dead in LA which led to be being in a Comma) To the next year your on TV( @theproposaltv & winning) To next your living in your car and lost all money from the what earned and loosing my job & homeless because life and trails hit you harder thought possible and following year recovering a fight back to being hit down again and losing it all trusting the wrong friends too loosing your best friend and mentor the same year fighting tooth and nail to breath above water a bit that started the momentum and fight you need and to bringing you past and ultimately ahead of your goals this year to have this year come at you with such force trying to pin you down and you charging head on like captain America in Infinity War End Game and NOT GIVING UP!!!! See that’s the thing we all go through things and put a smile on our face but each one of us has a war called “LIFE” and it’s goin to hit us from every angle and we are goin to have Togo through it alone, it hasn’t been easy and I’m glad and would surly do it again to be where I am at tonight sounds crazy right from broken hearts to sleeping in my car in front of my work to coach to me loosing that and having to literally sleep in my gym on cold floors with no sleep and be up by 4am and get ready to coach all day so I would sleep outside. “Growing your mind and area around you” Being in quarantine since the start of my bday(March 17th st patties turned 31🤓) has been crazy for me and for all you as well, I keep hearing the same opinions and discussions goin on every where. We live a fearing and panic generation old and new generation btw not just social media tiktok and Igers lol aka known as Instagram 🤦🏼‍♂️ all ages I know it doesn’t feel right I know the weird morning feels and it’s like not morning but in the afternoon but take this time to analyze yourself WORK ON YOURSELF!!! We are such a Go Go Go & GO WORLD!! We finally have a chance to stop relax and look at ourselves deeply when’s the last time you did that NOT counting the time you were broken real bad BUT REALLY looking at yourself in the mirror and asking WHY ME !! It’s time to ask WHAT DO I WANT OF MYSELF AND WHAT I WANT OF MY LIFE!!! Am I closer or further than what I want to become !! In closing it’s ok too have healthy fear but it’s ok to not let fear paralyze your life !!! Meaning respect the process Keep your love ones close give this time with them as a treasure teach them there value and love for each other and like I said the flip side of the coin of fear is this the dark side letting fear paralyze you where you panic and it controls thoughts which leads to your heart which becomes cold and hurtful which leads to your action in shutting the world down into deep depression!! Which leads what i really want to state: MENTAL ILLNESS IS THE LEADING CAUSE OF LOSS OF LIFE and ITS REAL DISEASE!! Don’t let fear lead to no hope there’s always hope !!! ALWAYS!!
