Bang Bang Rice
Yield : enough for four people and more..
1 cup Cooked Basmati rice
½ cup shelled edamame
½ cup diced pineapple
½ cup diced celery
½ cup sliced julienne carrots
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
½ cup chopped cilantro
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons roasted garlic butter
1 oz Sesame oil
2 ozs Hosin Sauce
2 ozs lite soy sauce
Fresh cilantro
Togarashi pepper … to taste ..
Method:
1- In a pan, add the coconut oil, add the garlic, and ginger..
2- Add the edamame, celery and cook
3- Add the pineapple and carrots
4- Add the rice and stir together..
5- Add more oil if necessary and let the rice get a little crispy
6- Add sesame oil, hosin and soy sauce and stir
7- Add squeeze of lime
8- Add cilantro and the butter and season….
9- Top with grilled steak , shrimp and lobster!!

Ingredients:
- 24 oz. of peeled Italian San Marzano tomatoes
- 1 lb. seeded and sliced plum tomatoes
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. roasted garlic puree
- 1 each small white onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 qt. vegetable stock
-12 oz. heavy cream
- 8 each basil leaves
- Croutons for garnish
- Sour cream for garnish
- Olive oil for garnish

Grilled Shrimp Diablo Salad
Ingredients:
2 lb. Jumbo Shrimp, peeled out of the shell
2 Tablespoons Grape seed Oil
4 Tablespoons Paul Prudhomme Blackening Seasoning
2 Each Limes
For Salad:
2 Each Roasted Red Peppers, julienned
2 Each Roasted Yellow Peppers, julienned
1 Pint Yellow Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
1 Each roasted jalapeno, julienned
2 Each Ear of corn, cut in 1/3′s cleaned and ready to grill
1 Bunch Cilantro
