who am i
Ahora no recuerdo ninguno.

4 Steps to Self Realization: Creative Visualization & Personal Development
Self-realization is a translation of the Sanskrit Atma Jnana, or "knowledge of the soul." To be self updating and self-realized can be a long, but meets, travel. Learning how to unlock and manifest your true potential, ie self-realization through creative visualization is critical to success in every aspect of your personal, social, business and spiritual life. Self-realization and creative visualization is the key to becoming fully aware of yourself and your potential. If you feel stagnant, overworked, underpaid, or unfulfilled, you can practice these creative visualization techniques to overcome all obstacles and put you on the road to self actualization.Self Implementation Step 1: Create goals, know what you want / become self-aware write out list or a brainstorm map of your current personal goals and priorities. This will give you a clearer picture of what you want, and the necessary steps you need to take to achieve those goals of self-realization. Once you have completed your list, tape or put it in a conspicuous place to constantly remind you of those personal goals. -Creating a motivational mantras mantra is a word or phrase that you repeat. Print a short phrase that positively motivates you towards self-realization and personal goals. For example, if you're looking for a raise at work, you can repeat the mantra "I am sure that my hard work and deserve to be recognized and compensated for my full potential." Repeat your mantra in the morning when you wake and at night when you go to sleep. Self-Step 2: Use Creative Visualization Creative Visualization-1: raised Inner SelfVisualize an image, color or symbol that represents your true potential, or an aspect of yourself that you desire to improve. Picture this picture as if it was directly in front of you. Now, step into the picture and feel that it becomes part of you. When you breathe and absorb this feeling, to think the symbol is greater. Remember to visualize and focus on this image when you doubt, need a moment of clarity and self-fulfillment, or just feel like you need it to motivate you. -Creative Visualization 2: Future Success imagine a scene in the future where you can realize your full potential and really self-actualize. Act the scene in his head, and try to visualize everything as specific as possible (actually see, hear, touch, taste and smell it). The more real visualization seems, the more effective it becomes. Imagine doing everything possible to achieve your success. Feel the positive and confident vibe between you and everyone involved in your scenario. When you begin to visualize the process of fulfillment, then you can just recreate behaviors.-Creative Visualization 3: Past success recall an event in the past where you may have failed. Except now, look at this event through the eyes of your future (and more confident / natural) self. Through the eyes of your future self, the stage is very small. Imagine that scene plays in a theater while your future self-bells, and the picture is so small and far away that you can barely see it. Now, play the scene again, but this time imagine doing everything correctly and achieve a very positive outcome. The picture is very big. Think about what your "inner self actualized" would do. Note that, in your favor "movie", are you well, think clearly, and behave confidently. Repeat this process for each major failure. Go through those memories and think of doing everything right. The negative memories and behaviors in the past will be replaced by the self actualized, self-realized behavior of your current personal viewpoint.-Creative Visualization 4: Destroy your fear, use the Swish Pattern Fear can be our biggest personal obstacle to understanding and fulfillment. The "swish pattern" is an excellent creative visualization techniques to overcome these senseless fear. Imagine a still-frame picture of something or someone that causes anxiety. Now, in the lower right corner visualize a small portrait of your self-actualized / symbol. Expand your image until it covers the original fear image. Now, replace the cover and the original image with self-image. Do it faster. Repeat this process until you can cover the original image as soon as possible. Do it some more times. Now, notice that when you visualize the original image, the fear is gone. Subconsciously, you've replaced your fear of association with a more positive and confident group of self-realization. In fact, it may be difficult to imagine useless fear without immediately recall your positive and confident self. -Creative Visualization 5: Reverse negative emotions and ThoughtsPay close attention to how your body feels when you feel negative, choking sensation or obsessive negative thoughts. Track sensation with his hands, showing how the negative sense of movement through the body. Repeat the gesture. Now is the gesture of the negative feelings, and the negative thought and emotional processes that create them. Slow down the gesture more and more, until you stop and begin reversing the gesture. Make backward gesture five or six times. This should halt or reverse the original negative thought process / emotions. Now, keep your hands out and imagine any color, shape, or symbol that represents the feeling / thought you would like to replace the original. Really try to feel, feel, and visualize it in your hand. Now cover the affected area of the body with your hand and imagine the color / shape / symbol fill up that space and spread throughout the body. If it seems a bit silly at first, then you know it's working. -Creative Visualization 6: Use your armor most people feel their fear in a certain part of his body (whether it's knots or butterflies in the stomach, a spinning or vise pressure in the head, weakness in knees, etc.). Before moving into a situation that can get you scared, visualize some kind of impenetrable armor of the parts of the body to feel weak or confused. Think about how you would feel safe to go to an office meeting with a bulletproof vest on. Should you ever feel fear when you speak to your boss dressed in full armor? How bad is an insult to hurt you if it just bounced off your big arms? Imagine armor that contains your positive feelings and protect yourself from negative. I guarantee you will feel a sense of fulfillment, confidence and willingness to act on your beliefs and desires. -Creative Visualization 7: caterpillar remember a time in your life when you were focused, direct and confident, a time when you knew what you really wanted and you went for it. Now, assign a color to feeling.Visualize this color comes straight into the top of your head, through your body, and down and out your feet and reach down into the center of the earth. Now remember a time in your life when you were happy, fun-loving, excited, energetic, and even a bit silly. Assign a color to that feeling. Visualize the color come up through the feet, wrapping and coil around the first color until it reaches the top of my head, and then pretend that the color is showering all around you like a fountain. Then use Armor Technology from above to contain and protect those positive thoughts and feelings. Self-Step 3: Develop a strong support GroupSupportive friends can be a determining factor in recognizing your true potential. Often friends can offer objective opinions on your ideas, feelings, and progress on your projects and inner journey. Friends give helpful feedback allows you to develop and implement important steps to your goals. Often can communicate your desires make them seem more tangible and accessible. Then you can start to work on these goals with a clear goal in a positive and supportive environment. If there are people or friends in your life that will stop or block you, then you must communicate your needs and requirements to them and let them know what behaviors are appropriate and inappropriate. This helps them to respect and understand you more. If they are unwilling to cooperate and work with you, let them know that you need an environment of growth and potential. Let them know that you can be friends with them only when they can understand and appreciate it. Most people will respond favorably to sympathetic and compassionate communication. If they can not, then they need to do their own work to realize their inner potential and become self actualized.Be with people who are taking steps towards their own growth. Ask them what the processes and procedures are. Create a fun and rich environment for personal improvement. Close friends provide a strong foundation, which could otherwise be shaky during deep personal change. Self-Step 4: Act Now / Self Actualizehe last and most important point is to act. Do not let laziness, procrastination, and laziness be your worst obstacle. It can always be an excuse for not doing something, but you really should come up with excuses to do something. A huge project, like a big steak (or salad for the vegetarians), may seem overwhelming until you break it down into small bites. Then each time you finish one of these smaller goals, you get a sense of satisfaction and completion. Imagine a steak almost every bite is getting better and better. If you focus on chew small bites, and really enjoy the process of your inner potential will be realized, then your goals ever met and you are continually met. Also remember that everyone eats his steak in different ways, do not feel as though you have to do it exactly one way or another, but do not be afraid to listen to good advice either. Get the look and the way that suits you best. Use the best ideas from different sources. Use these creative visualization techniques for self-fulfillment and really let your inner potential to come out and play. The just want to explore and have some fun, and now you can take the important steps towards self-realization, awareness, understanding, deep personal change, communicate clearly, both with confidence, and understanding yourself and those around you in a deeper and more intuitive level.

Best Practices for Hospital Peer Review
Comments are an effective way to check an item related to a software product during development. A review can be done very early in life-cycle development, even before any code is written. This effectively enables a form of test to perform, which in turn highlight any issue that can be corrected early, which is usually much cheaper than to correct later in the development life cycle. The reviews are often performed manually, but there is no hard and fast rule, as there are tools available to help with reviews. The aim of the review is to provide comments and feedback on the item being looked at. Comments will often have a goal, for example, is there a purpose for people to become aware of the item being looked at, or the goal may be to simply find defects. There are several types of control ranging from 'very informal' to 'very formal'. The more formal is generally more structured and documented it is. Often, multiple reviews may be required to be performed on a single item. This will often be the case, when an item is the magazine that translates into the need for the item to be updated based on comments received during the review. A subsequent additional review may be required to go through to ensure that updates have been fully understood and implemented correctly. Each element can be reviewed. The agenda to be reviewed would be a document, a requirement, a piece of code, a test case or a web page, etc. .. practically nothing. A review can detect different things, for example, during a review requirement, there are often omissions. These types of omissions are rarely detected by other means such as a dynamic test. Reviews have the advantage of being able to detect other problems, such as deviations from standards, design flaws and defects related requirement. One of the main objectives of the customer who is to find defects. But its not only reviews that have this objective. Static and dynamic analysis test also share the same goal. Each of these tasks have their merits and are all effective in finding specific types of defects. In fact, they do in fact complement each other and be used side-by-side in most of the software development life cycles. Static techniques are said usually to find the 'cause' of failure of the defect, rather than the same failures. The customer benefits is quite clear to anyone who has actually attended one in particular types of formal reviews. But, in summary, assessments enable the early detection of defects and defect correction, the improvement of productive development, the potential reduction of development time-scale, cost reduction and time, better communication, potentially less defects. Always ensure a review is a clear goal, even for the more casual examination. In this way, each participant knows why take part in the review and allow them to prepare in advance. Invite only the right people needed to satisfy the audit objective. There's nothing worse than a review meeting is actually 'taking over' the review and revision taking away from its intended purpose. For example, for a review of the test case, one would expect to see software tester review the list of participants. Comments and defects must be accepted, and the opportunity for all in the review to be able to freely express their opinions is very important to get the most out of control. For the person whose voice is being revised, should be criticized for their work, but it made me feel 'positive' about the work and we are open to accept change where necessary. The President appointed the review should ensure that the physiological aspects of 'people-problems' do not adversely affect the review. There are several roles for revisions, and should be freely used and assigned to the right people to ensure effective and efficient it is made. Some people may not be familiar with the review process, and hence its importance to ensure everyone is brought to the same level so that each participant knows exactly what to expect views to get the best possible result from an audit. Comments promote a philosophy of learning and opportunities for process improvement in every department in which they are used, so it is much more effective if a review process is supported by managers.
