little question about lullabyfell. how did sans and frisk meet? and if there are other characters besides sans, frisk and chara?

How did Sans and Frisk meet? Well it's a difficult question to answer since LullabyFell is placed in a corrupted timeline where several things are being different.

Before the corrupt time line:

Toriel warned Frisk many times that if she came out of the ruins the bad monsters outside would hurt her, after paying attention the first few days. . . She ended up being too curious,And she herself went to see what that imposing door was, to her surprise a voice said something, a silly knock knock joke, after that day there were times a week she ended up going to see if he was, "The mister with the knock knock jokes"

After this goes like a normal line, she meets Sans on the bridge.

After the corrupted time line:

She had thought about waking up Toriel first, Chara had told her the way to do it, to wake them up, but she didn't expect that it would involve fighting, something she never did.

After several attempts to wake Toriel's soul from her lethargy (all failed) (also for some reason that I did not understand, the monsters in this state became more aggressive again, without remembering anything)

She decided to take the path towards the exit of the ruins, Who knew that the next monster he was going to find was that bag of bones with which he played so much in the previous time lines, I try, I try so many times but it seems that fighting was simply impossible for him, so. . . He decided to do the best he knew how to do. . . Mercy.

The first few times he failed, but after his ****** attempt it seems that Sans began to gradually recover his sanity, And that's how I went back to being the same bag of bones I knew.

And I won't say anything else because it would be a spoiler.

If there are other characters besides Sans, Frisk and Chara?

Of course, there are all the characters, with various design changes, which will come out little by little, introduce these three first since they would be the most relevant (Although there is a mini comic where Toriel and Asgore appear from the time line before the corrupt one)
