The introduction of Eddie (plus more video games)
Alright, so, remember when I said I will talk about Eddie too in the previous post? He was basically another friend. All of us, me, Stephen and Eddie lived on the same exact same ally of a sma neoghborhood from a small town (we didn't live in the city, it was country, baby!). We had a small ally of a few houses built there, and I had more friends living there, but I'll talk about them in another post. We also had a supermarket attached to a bar at the main street, we used to rude our bikes there, watch a pond of rocks with actual fish in it (which we called waterfall, it was obviously nothing special, just rocks with water and fish that the supermarket owner was feeding with bread. We liked to spend time there after getting our Mr. Snaki or Cheetos). Anyway, this supermarket will be the main point of this. I also have to mantion that the bar attached to that supermarket wasn't only a beer shop, it was also an arcade slots place where our dads used to play slots, so of course, it selled consoles. Eddie was basically 4 YEARS older than us, and he was still hanging out with us, we were BFFs, we were a gang! He was basically some sort of bully to the others, but he was cool with us. I think we were his only friends...expect for someone I hated...and don't worry, I'll talk about that in another post. One day, on the spring of 1998, I see him come from the supermarket with a console: "Sega Genesis". He kept bragging about it. Me and Stephen were curious, so we decided to play with him on it. And I'm glad to say that it was my FIRST EVER experience with VGs in color! Here are the games we played:

I mean, OF COURSE, the 3 original Sonic games, you had to expect that! They were really fun! Especially the second one, in my opinion! Here are my reviews for each:
Sonic the Hedgehog (1991) - 9/10
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 - 10/10
Sonic the Hedgehog 8/10

Ristar. Huh...cool. I mean, the gameplay was quite engaging if you asked me, and I really like the plot!
8/10. Really good.

Vectorman and Vectorman 2. These were Eddie's favorite, I swear to God! These were Eddie's favorite games! He loved playing them! Abd yeah, I liked them too, cuz, you know, futuristic...
Vectorman - 8,5/10
Vectorman 2 - 9/10
Oh, and fun fact, since that day, he kept buying more and more video games on it and stayed his favorite and only console forever. His Sega Genesis still works in present and he's still playing on it, lol!

OK, so, I really had fun reviewing my first movie. And I'll review more. I think I will give a storytime to each movie I review. But I still have so much games in mind I just wanna go ahead and show them.

I got my first PC in 2000, Windows 2000. Of course I was excited, because it was the newest version on that time. And one day, while scrolling on the web, I couldn't believe that there was a version of Tetris called Super Tetris! I WAS SO EXCITED! I could FINALLY play Tetris in color! Of course, it cost, I had to beg my mom to buy a PC CD-rom. I did my homework, I got A in a test, and I convinced her. IT WAS COOL! Of course, not as cool as the original, but it deserved its money! I loved the visuals, and the backgrounds were funny.
8,5/10. Good times.

This ones's great! Welltris was the hexagonal version of Tetris! NO WAY! So, after I got Super Tetris on my PC, I discovered another game. Welltris. I mean, if I was a fan of Tetris, OF COURSE I wanted it hexagonal too. So...yeah, begging to mom again, more homework, more A's, I convinced her again. Another CD-rom, this time with this one! And it was still color and had backgrounds.
9/10. This one was really great!

Bejeweled. This one really was a classic. So, in 2001, Stephen got an Xbox! AN XBOX! THE CLASSIC ONE! And 2001 was its first appearence. That's when he got it! Anyway, he invited me to come over, and he played his first ever game on that Xbox, Bejeweled. We were basically taking turns playing it. So, when I reached home, I decided to teach very much on maths. Usually, my grades in maths were B and C. So I tried to study really REALLY hard to convince mom in buying me a CD-rom with this one too, and...I got an A! I GOT AN A! And she kept her word (cuz my mom was understanding, she was chill). From that day, I played this game online with Stephen and Eddie (another friend, we'll talk about him in another post) every 8 pm, and we got a paper and a pencil to compete on scores! Ah, such good times!
9,2/10. Amazing game.

OK, here we go!
I'm making the 1 to 10 ratings official! I just rated the video games I mentioned so far, BUT...I'm a random guy! So I'm taking this to a whole new level: MOVIES!
Yeah, if you thought this blog is only about VGs, then you're in for something bigger, but NO, just because I'll review movies too, doesn't mean I'll quit reviewing games! Also snacks! I'll review more snacks too...someday! But, yes, today I'll review my first movie on the blog, and it traumatized the shit outta me:

Before rating this, I want to explain what I felt (storytime include):
So, it was July the 13th of 1997, I was 5 back then! My BFF, Stephen, which was my age, loved DVDs (and DVDs were pretty new that time, I think they were released in 1996). What did he do? Well, his parents were gone all day for work, they left at 2 pm and arrived at 10 pm. Well, his parents got him kid-friendly DVDs, with Tom and Jerry, Garfield and Friends and The Smurfs, but he decided to do something crazy. Immediately after his parents left, he sneaked into their room, and took their DVD bag. They were action, thriller, horror, and he randomly picked one of the DVDs, that one being Child's Play. After that, he was like:
Hey, Axel (my name), wanna come over? I have a cool film I wanna watch together!
So I agreed. He put the DVD in the player, and I was traumatized. I was literally yelling in fear and Stephen was COMPLETELY CHILL! He wasn't even scared, he liked it! I'll just give you a detailed dialogue:
Me (scared, confused): HOW DO YOUR PARENTS LET YOU WATCH THIS?
Stephen (chill, laid-back): They don't. I sneaked in their room and picked a random DVD out of their bag.
Worst part? I watched it 'til the end. That's how I got doll phobia, and that's how Stephen liked the movie so much that we watched the rest of the series next weeks...and...my trauma grew...but we'll talk about that another time.
10/10💥 for this movie, it' the GOAT! I rewatched it, it was great, but I'll never forget how scared I was back then! I wonder how Stephen wasn't even flinching.

Quick question:
Should I post more video game reviews, but this time with a scale from 1 to 10? I think I wanna make it official. So before new posts, I wanna give these grades to the VGs I mentioned so far:
Tetris: 10/10. Still not changing my mind, Tetris is my favorite game of all time, used to play it on Game Boy around 99,99% of my childhood, so, fuck you, cyberbullies! And don't worry, I'm gonna make a post with more Game Boy games I played!
Tetris 2: 6/10. I would give it a 5, but because of the nostalgia, it deserves a bonus point.
Fruit Ninja: 9,5/10. My first ever experience with a mobile game, if I download it again, my addictment for it would come back too.
Fruit Ninja 2: 0/10. I made a refference to it in my Fruit Ninja post, and I know 0 is not part of the ratings, but I will add some goofy ahh ratings too, so, below 1 or above 10 counts to me too. But, anyway, I included this game here just to tell you how bad it is! AWFUL!
Shall I do more of this? I'm on the point to make it official!

another nostalgic one. When I was little, I always used to play on my Game Boy, but from the 90s came the 2000s, when GBC and GBA came out, which also had good games, but then came the 2010 generation. I think I was 18 back then, and I used to have a T-Mobile G1. It was the first android ever released...I think? Anyway, me, being a VG lover, I immediately downloaded it, because I heard it's satysfying. It felt GREAT to cut those fruit! I got to the point where I actually caught a dependence with this game, and I was always hungry for a fruit salad after it. Does anybody play this game anymore? I know they also released a sequel, Fruit Ninja 2, in 2020, and GOD, it's horrible! Like, who the fuck thought this was a good idea? Tetris 2 is WAY WAY WAY much better than Fruit Ninja 2. VERY UNORIGINAL! Overall, I think Fruit Ninja was my first ever experience with a mobile game, and I don't regret it.

So, I just mentioned in the previous post that Tetris is my favorite video game. I used to have a Game Boy as a child, and that's the reason I loved it! It was simple, not very complicated, just great to play. But all of a sudden, in 1993 came out...Tetris 2. I dunno, I felt like it was unnecessary to exist. I didn't know how to feel. It was basically the same thing, but with new levels. Though the game is NOT bad! OK? Not bad! It's just unnecessary, I mean, yeah, the first one was a classic, and bringing a sequel with the same gameplay is...basic. Again, the game is not bad, not terrible, just nothing new, it's just OK.

Krax

I used to eat these too! They were great! It had a really nice variery of flavors! They're not so popular, but they were good. They released in 2003! Here are the flavors:

Bacon - Classic. That's all I have to say. Classic.

Paprika - spirral-like hot snacks. Honestly, they're my personal favorite!

Pizza - pizza-shaped snacks. LOVE THEM!

Cheese - Cheesy. I bought these VERY rarely because I was buying the paprika ones most of the time, and these were also kinda rare, but they were good. Not bad.

There was also this one flavor called Krax 3-D with cheese and ham. I think it was called like that because the snacks looked hexagonal. Nothing to complain about, the mix of cheese and ham somehow felt like bbq, that's praiseful, I'd say.
Lemme know what you think about 'em.

can anybody tell me I'm not the only crazy guy that was eating these stuff as a kid? Basically, Star Foods released these yummy snacks called Mr. Snaki. They were released in 1995...I think? Here are the flavors:

Bacon - similar to Krax Bacon, but crunchier.

Pizza - the ancient version of Lotto Pizza (but way much better). Love the ring design. And, yeah, the taste too.

Cheese - These might be my personal favorite. I love how they were shaped like french fries and were so good because the cheese flavor could be felt...especially with the dust! The dust on them had GREAT flavor! Pretty unique for that time.

Peanuts - peanut-flavored ball-shaped snacks, I swear, they were so good!

Halloween Edition (cheese and tomatoes) - I think the shapes wanted to represent monster hands...right? Anyway, I loved the flavor mix! Now I know how it tastes when you mix tomatoes with cheese - ketchup!

we also had these sport-themed badges that we collected from the bags and they were super cool.
I think Star Foods should seriously bring these back, even if they did once in 2015, I think, but they were not the same.
