he is so so worried about you, and you trying to play things off is not going to make him worry any less- it might just make him worry more since youre probably running about trying to do whatever... work, hang outs, things like that

if he has to he is going to cancel his plans for the day to make sure you stay in bed. hes not going to hold that over your head since its his choice to do such a thing but... there is some frustration in there even if he tries to keep it down and out of sight from you

hes primarily a baker... but he is going to try his hand at making you a nice soup.... and hes going to have someone else keep an eye on you while hes in the kitchen! stay in bed or so help him god

hes not that phased by the nastier sides of sickness. the hacking up the gross phlegm the congestion the thick throat noises. he knows you cant really help it... but he will make sure you get your fluids to thin out the mucus

and hes not going to compromise. hes so close to just forcing it down your throat but even he knows its too far and he doesnt want to risk making your condition worse

tired but hes as stubborn as you. with how closely hes sticking around you hes probably going to end up sick himself...

As soon as you gave Sprout a cupcake, he took a big bite quickly, seeming to pause for a moment before starting to cough like crazy. "W-what's wrong? Is the cupcake that bad?" You asked in a sad tone, feeling small tears already forming in your eyes. What he gave you was a look of despair, shaking his head negatively. "N-No! *Cough! Cough!* I just choked! These are great, (Y/n)! So good! So yummy! Thank you so much!" Sprout spoke quickly, giving you a fake smile that made you calm down, sniffing a little before smiling at him.

You had put salt instead of sugar in the cupcakes by mistake. But he would never tell you that. :)

🍓He would always have little emergency bags of cookies for you for when you needed to calm down by eating something sweet.

🍓Sprout would always reassure you, telling you how great you were doing and trying your best every day, while he showered you with kisses.

Ever since Sprout got to know you, he could tell how extremely shy you were, whether with humans or even with other toons.

He had to admit it was kind of adorable, how your cheeks would blush with embarrassment, how you would stutter softly but always seem to have a small smile on your face, or sometimes how you would nervously play with your fingers trying to calm yourself down.

To him, you were simply a very cute being, and this led him to have a crush on you.

This crush was mutual, but if it were because of your shyness, it would never have gone anywhere, fortunately that was not what happened!

And we can say that, the day he confessed to you, asking you to be their partner, we can say that…

You fainted.

You literally fainted.

Sprout ran towards you with concern, thinking that something serious might have happened, bringing your head to his lap.

After a few minutes of panic, he noticed that you were slowly waking up, noticing how your face seemed to be completely red and how you seemed to avoid looking at him in the eyes.

"You fainted out of nowhere and I got really worried! Are you okay??!" Sprout spoke quickly with a worried tone.

"I'm f-fine… don't worry…" You spoke slowly, trying to find the words. Strawberry gave a small sigh of relief.

"That's good…" Sprout spoke softly, seeming to give a small smile, trying to hide his sadness for having practically just been "rejected".

"And S-Sprout? I too… I like you too!" You exclaimed with an embarrassed and nervous tone, quickly hiding your face in your hands, making the Strawberry blink in surprise.

"R-Really?" Sprout asked with a hopeful tone, taking your hands gently and removing them from in front of your face to look into your eyes.

"Y-Yeah…" You spoke softly, avoiding looking at him.

"Can I… can I kiss you?" Sprout asked softly, lowering his eyes to your lips and noticing how you held your breath.

"Y-You… you can." You stammered softly, feeling him gently caress your cheek.

Sprout then slowly brought his face closer to yours, soon starting a small, sweet and passionate kiss.

After a few minutes, he broke away from the kiss, breathing heavily, feeling that his own face was now flushed.

"That was the best first kiss ever, (Y/n)." Sprout whispered in an adoring tone.

"That means you are my partner now, right?" Sprout spoke with a happy tone and a big smile, but received no response...

"(Y/n)?" Sprout asked again, looking at you to realize that you had fainted again.

"Not again…" Sprout spoke, feeling a drop of sweat on his forehead, but giving a small laugh at the situation.

With time, you will get used to the affection, for sure… <3

Appearance

Mimi has light black skin and blue eyes. They wear a blue hood with a They wear a light blue long sleeved top underneath the hood and a blue waist-length skirt, with a light blue tier underneath.

They also have clawed hands, in contrast to most Toons who have mitten hands. They lack a mouth, similar to Blot and Rodger, but can still speak despite that.

Personality

Despite Mimi’s spooky appearance, they’re a kind, empathetic, sweetheart that just wants to be close to people. They can be rather shy at first, but they become more affectionate (both emotionally and physically) and protective towards those they get close to. They’re also quite creative and artistic, as seen by their interest in drawing and art.

However Mimi can be rather passive and non-confrontational, leading them to be easily manipulated and walked over. This stems from their desire for love and approval, which leads them to be quite insecure and unsure of themselves without either of those things.
