A/N: There’s images at the end… this and last chapter will be mostly written ! can’t believe next is the last chapter:’) thank you for everything !! I’m dyslexic and english isn’t my first language so sorry for any grammar mistakes !! (WC: 573)

They won. The guys… won. You couldn’t believe it, and to be honest, the girls couldn’t either, but you were all so happy for them. Woonhak looked more relieved than excited as the referee whistled three times, signaling the end of the match, but his excitement shone through as the guys ran to him, overfilled with joy and excitement for their win. The guys’ girlfriends stood up, starting to walk to where they were, so you, Winter, and Wonyoung did the same, following them. Before you left, you grabbed a fresh unopened bottle of water, the reason? God knows why. You couldn’t stop looking at him. No matter how hard you tried to look at your friends and the rest, your eyes always went back to him, to his smile, to the way his eyes were two crescent moons as he laughed, excited. And just then, he looked at you. His eyes full of shining stars as he recognized you. Thump. Thump. Thump. You could feel your heartbeat growing stronger and faster.

“Hey,” you heard as someone held your wrist, forcing you out of your own racing thoughts. Jihoon.

“Hey,” you replied softly, looking at him, but you didn’t really want to be there. You really wish he hadn’t stopped you because you wanted to be with… Woonhak? Your eyes darted between Jihoon and him when you suddenly noticed some girls around Woonhak. Jihoon was talking to you, but you didn’t really care and couldn’t bother to pay attention, seeing some girls offering Woonhak water, isotonic drinks, and even a towel for his sweat.

“So yeah… we couldn’t win because of that,” Jihoon sighed. “But it’s fine. Next time, you should come by. I’ll make sure I win… but only if you support me,” he said now with a smirk and a playful, flirty tone as you looked at him, slightly taken aback.

“Oh… I-” you pressed your lips. “You… you did great, truly! The match was fun to watch. I’m sure you’ll do better next time, but I don’t think I’ll come… I…” you stopped mid-sentence, a doubtful expression on your face. Like someone else…? No, no way, right?

“Not a big fan of football, to be honest. Just came because of Sohee and Sunghoon… and well, the rest of my friends. Sorry,” you put a small smile on your face, gauging for his reaction. He just nodded, understanding the hint.

“That’s fine. You’re cool, though. Let’s at least greet each other in the hallways?” he asked now, and you let out a chuckle.

“Sure, you’re cool too,” a smile appeared on his face before he said bye and left.

Turning back around to start walking to where your friends were, you saw Woonhak again. This time, there was just one girl in front of him; the other two seemed to have left. He had a stupid grin on his face, and the girl was just smiling shyly. The grip on your hand tightened as the smile on your face faded, eyes narrowing slightly as your brows furrowed and your jaw tightened.

“Y/n!” you heard Wonyoung call your name, but you were too blinded, too… bothered? Walking straight towards Woonhak, once you got to where he was, you stood in front of him. Woonhak’s attention drifted towards you, and his smile grew for a millisecond before it dropped completely as he took in your annoyed expression.

“Y/n?” he asked, but you said nothing and just turned to look at the girl next to you, who also had a bottle of water in her hands. She didn’t seem like a threat, but she seemed too… friendly, felt too close.

“I think I’ll leave you both alone, but congrats again,” she tapped his shoulder, smiling before leaving.

“Oh, yeah. See you later!” Woonhak said as the girl gave you a last look and left. That somehow just left a bitter taste in your mouth. Your eyes went back up to meet Woonhak’s, your expression slowly softened as realization dawned upon you.

“Is everything okay?” Woonhak asked, but you said nothing and just turned around and went where the guys were. Your friends looked at you with knowing looks as you just stood a bit back for the rest of the afternoon, trying to process everything.

and just as you read wonyoung's reply you took the last sip of your energetic drink and got up, putting your fuzzy robe on you walked out decided and started knocking on your neighbor's door. Seconds passed and you didn't hear anything but him screaming once again so you rang the bell. Once, twice, three times. No answer. ''Kim Woonhak!!'' you said now banging on the door. He had been screaming the whole night already and you were done with him.

You sighed annoyed tapping your feet on the ground impatient and before you got to bang on the door again... it opened, but the view left you breathless, and not exactly in the best manner, your cheeks flushed a deep red as you just stared at Woonhak's bare chest ''you're going to break my door!!'' he said now upset taking you out of your thoughts ''K-Kim Woonhak!'' you said startled raising your head to meet his eyes completely blushed.

''what?!'' he asked clueless about the fact that he was shirtless in front of you, you tried to get the words out of your mouth but gosh-

''hello???'' he waved his hand in front of your face unaware.

''for fucks sake put a T-shirt on and stop screaming! it's 3 am people's sleeping, or worse!! trying to finish a damn assignment. So be mindful!!'' you blurted out raising your voice to then just cover your face and leave running to your apartment getting in as fast as you possibly can rushing to your bed with your phone.

♡₊✧. Sypnosis: Transferring universities meant a fresh start. You’d finally reunite with your friends, have your own space, and meet new people. That included your neighbors: Riwoo, who you barely saw, Taesan, who you found yourself crushing on cute, calm, and collected, and lastly, Woonhak… outgoing, lively, friendly, and most of all, really loud. He was nice, yeah but you couldn’t ignore his late-night gaming screams, cursing his teammates and ruining your sleep. Yet, every time you knocked on his door, his stupid, apologetic smile made you forget why, maybe even feel… butterflies?

not like it mattered, he was just your neighbor. and you only cared about his roommate… right?

a/n: sad moment... a bit of angst? I don't know... word count 505! I promise to post an update before wednesday to make up for this written chapter TT^TT

It was 9:30 p.m. You sat in the middle of a luxurious Italian restaurant, one Sunghoon had insisted on taking you to. He’d noticed you acting a little off since he picked you up, but he didn’t say anything, just focused on ordering food for both of you—along with the wine you insisted on having. The night dragged on with small talk about class, his modeling career, and campus life.

A silence settled between you as you looked around, mentally preparing yourself.

"So... are you gonna tell me what we need to talk about, or do you need more wine?" he asked, his voice serious. Your brain froze for a few seconds before you took a deep breath, avoiding his gaze.

"Do you like me?" The words tumbled out too fast, and your cheeks burned. Sunghoon raised an eyebrow, caught off guard.

"Why?" he asked, tilting his head slightly.

You hesitated, worried about his answer. "Just... the way you acted around Woonhak, how you always make clothing pieces just for me, how you're always there, taking care of me, never getting mad. You're not like this with the other girls, so why me?"

He sighed, taking a sip of his cola. "I don’t know," he admitted. "I did like you at first, when we met. I didn’t want to just be your friend, so I treated you differently from Wonyoung and Winter, hoping you’d notice. But as we got closer and I realized you only saw me as a friend, I buried those feelings. I don’t like you like that anymore, but there were romantic feelings at some point. If I suddenly started treating you the same as the others, I knew you’d overthink it and come crying, asking if I hated you." He let out a small chuckle. "So yeah, it just became natural."

You listened, feeling a tightness in your chest. "I'm sorry, Sunghoon."

He laughed softly. "There's nothing to be sorry for, Y/N. I never told you—I just expected you to notice, but I should’ve known you weren’t the smartest." His teasing tone lightened the moment. "And it’s fine. I really don’t like you like that anymore. I’m sorry if I made you uncomfortable with Woonhak. I don’t know what came over me."

"It’s okay, don’t worry about it," you whispered, reaching across the table to gently caress his hand, offering him a small smile.

Dinner continued at its slow but steady pace. After Sunghoon paid, you offered to buy him coffee the next day, which he agreed to. He drove you home, and as you stepped out, you said, "I’ll see you tomorrow."

"Yeah yeah" he replied as you shut the door.

You entered the building, taking the elevator up. As you stepped out and walked down the hallway, you spotted Woonhak standing outside his dorm, gazing at the city lights. He looked nervous, even stressed. You let out a small laugh, deciding to tease him.

"Waiting for me?" you asked playfully.

He looked at you slightly surprised before nodding. "Yeah."

a/n: opinions on it? I changed a lot of things, the sypnosis and masterlist too. Do you like it?

It was time, you were going to have lunch with Sohee and his friends now. You took a seat between Leehan and Sohee, placing your tray down and greeting everyone a bit shyly.

“How was biostatistics?” Leehan asked, initiating the conversation as you set your tray down ready to eat.

“It was- it was okay. You skipped again, didn’t you?” you asked him making him chuckle.

“Of course not! I just… got lost in the halls,” he said sarcastically making you giggle ''yeah, sure''

As lunch went on, you learned their names and majors, they all were so different yet seemed to complement each other so well. Sungho suggested a follow-for-follow on Twitter, which you agreed to. While eating they bombarded you with so many questions that Sohee jokingly asked if it was an interrogation. You avoided looking at Taesan as some feelings were still there stinging and hurting, but it slowly got better since he didn't even talk much and didn't really seem interested in what you had to say anyway. Woonhak, surprisingly, was quieter than expected. Maybe he was only chatty before because you were too quiet.

“What class do you have now?” Sungho asked as you finished eating.

“Ecology, in building 4.”

“Really? Woonhak has to go that way too,” Jaehyun said joining the conversation making Woonhak furrow his eyebrows

“Don’t you study music?” you asked confused lookingt at Woonhak.

Before he could answer, Riwoo jumped in. “Yeah, but he needs to stop by the supermarket across the street… we’re out of butter.” You nodded, not questioning it. “I see.”

Woonhak, however, looked more than ready to curse Riwoo and the others with his eyes. “We’ll take your tray. Just go,” Leehan said with a soft smile.

“Oh, it’s fine-”

“I insist. Just go with Woonhak,” he cut in, leaving you no other choice. “Thanks,” you muttered, giving Sohee a butt pat as you told him you’d see him in class and he nodded.

Walking away with Woonhak, the silence was suffocating but after sensing your discomfort, he started a conversation and he seemed to be paying attention to you as the conversation flowed, but every time you turned to look at him he had this lost look in his eyes that made you question if maybe something happened.
