Hello!

My name is Harley Zed Mona, and I’m an author/musician. I write alongside my girlfriend Ophelia Zed Mona, and we’re hoping to make it big one day. Here’s a few of the projects I’ll be working on in the next few years:

Our Renegade is a series about the history of a world called Senia as it’s played out through the stories of many characters and the events that happen around them. The world of Senia is as full of adventure as it is dangerous, and it takes its residents on unforgettable journeys. Our Renegade draws inspirations from games like Fire Emblem, Legend of Zelda, and Borderlands. Books that I’m writing in the Our Renegade series include:

-Our Guardian Renegade: In light of the approaching threat of war between a sanctuary and an empire, a general forms a group of nine legendary Guardians to protect the innocent from the perils of war. -Our Melodic Renegade:  A ragtag band of young musicians flees from the threat of regimes at war in pursuit of some good tunes.

-Our Guardian Renegade: Part 2:  The Guardians continue the ultimate fight to save their city.

-Our Epic Renegade:  A powerful self-proclaimed prophet turns the world against her as she calls upon the deities’ return.

-*unnamed project* A young hero is recruited to aid a resistance against the supremacist currently leading her home city.

-Our Final Renegade: (Coauthored with Ophelia) The conclusion to the Our Renegade series. Gods and mortals finally collide as tensions reach an all-time high.

Musical is the working title of a series where battles are fought with music rather than violence. I am coauthoring the second book in the series with Ophelia, which follows the adventures of the Band, a troupe consisting of distant singer Ophelia, spacey bassist Crazy Diamond, mousy drummer Sentimental Lady, and suave guitarist Hounds. 

Descendants is the working title of a standalone book that I am coauthoring with another friend. It takes place in our world, but a version of it where descendants of historical figures are born with special powers corresponding to their ancestor. 

I am also working on musical projects! I am currently producing my first album, as well as producing the soundtrack for an upcoming indie game titled Legend of Damacus!
