Love how Zenless Zone Zero is doing this whole "watch a movie together with these characters! (it's not explicitly a date but it's totally a date)" event and fully half the characters you watch movies with are the shopkeepers. You can't play as them, you can't do any of the other bonding activities you do with playable agents with them, and you absolutely can't pull them in the gacha, but you see them around and they have personalities so here's a chance to get to know them better.

Like IDK I know monetization gonna monetize but it's stuff like this that makes me feel like the devs actually care about telling a story because why else would they put in this effort for characters you literally cannot spend money on?

But what matters most is BELLE AND ANBY GOT TO HAVE A ROMANTIC MOVIE DATE THAT'S MY SHIP AAAAAAAAA!!!

It actually does annoy me a bit when I see chars like Lucy, Piper, Koleda, and Qingyi being compared to children because of their stature. My mother is like 150cm tall and I tower over her ever since I was a teenager, and that height is very normal where I come from for women (SE Asia). People thought she was in her 20s until she was strating to turn 50 like?? And yea, I get that when it comes to anime style it can be tricky to discern, right? Not to mention the lack of diversity in body type for smaller statures doesn't help. Which is why how they act is important and all of the chars I mentioned act like an adult. For comparison, Ju Fufu have very young teens behaviour so yea, it's very likely that she's under 18 (but considering she's considered a senior, I could even be wrong because it depends on when she joined and how long she trained for). Corin, while has a job, has similar situation to Ju Fufu. And Soukaku is pretty much confirmed to be a kid. And yea, I agree with sentiment around chars like that especially with how the icky part of the fandom behaves. But calling small women chars who are confirmed and act like adults as pedo bait is also a whole other problematic can of worms.

When you hear this song, which character do you think of?

There's no one character I think of. It has the Vibes of both Come Alive Stripped and "Johnny the Knife" or whatever the name of the song is that plays during the "Rising From The Ashes Scene." I can picture an AMV in my mind with all the Hype Moments of S-Rank Characters from the first of Nekomata, to the latest of Yixuan at the end of the 2.0 Main Story.

It's the kind of song that plays from Triumphant, or at least Heroic moments.

It's less of a direct Character song, and more the "Hype Moments" type song.

Caesar's sacrifice, Harumasa's Shot, Miyabi's full force slash, Yixuan unleashing her power, Lycaon leaping for the Airship, Soldier 11 and SOldier 0 Anby standing back-to-back to fight Twiggy and Girl A.

If I absolutely HAD to choose just one, it'd be either Miyabi or Yixuan.
