I've been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard

Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.

Small artists you need to understand that when you see an artist who you think has 'made it' tells you not to worry about the numbers and to not fret about getting more likes than reblogs they are not telling you it because they think you are stupid for caring or because they dont need to network to survive they are very likely telling you that because they have witnessed first hand the way the numbers game tears people to shreds in terms of mental health and motivation

Hey, quick question. I don’t know when your “Take a chance with me” happens, pre-movie or post-movie? Sorry if this is a repeated question.

OH MY GOSH!! HI!! No, actually, no one has asked for clarification on that information, so I'm more than happy to answer this!

Okay so, the start of the fic takes place canonically between season one's ending and season two's ending! Leo & Mikey meet Sharron sometime after all the stuff with Baron Draxum using the Dark Armor and reviving Shredder happens. I actually try to allude to some episodes in the story, too. For example, chapter four, where Ronnie goes out to a concert with the girls, she texts Raph while he's out during the Pizza Puffs episode:

The big dramatic arc that was chapters 6-9 is also meant to hype up Big Mama's drive in capturing the turtles and making them fight in her big shindig for the season 2 finale. It's suppose to make the act of her doing so have more weight and gravity when it comes around.

The current events of chapter 10 & 11 are happening right before the start of the season 2 finale (Battle Nexus New York). So I plan on Chapter 12 being the start of that. I still have some editing to do to figure out how Sharron would fit into the shows finale, or if she's gonna be sidelined for all that stuff and dealing with her own drama. Haven't 100% decided yet, but I got some ideas I'm bouncing around! And I DEFINITELY have an arc planned out and ready for the movie events, don't worry about that. Honestly that's one thing I've had planned in my brain from the beginning. It's the endgame arc, that's all I'm gonna say on that, hehe.

Thank you so much for asking this! I love answering any questions people have about Sharron and my "Take a Chance on Me" fic. I know its a queerplatonic cannonxoc type story so its not really something for everyone's taste, but I work really hard on it and I'm always excited to share it with the community.
