So, I have had some intense mental health issues since December. I have been in the hospital 3 times because of it.
I'm on a journey to reclaim my life and I keep falling. Every move I make is painful and I'm scared to take 5000 steps backward.
I have dreams but this part hurts because I have to do everything different and it starts in my heart and mind. I'm walking a thin line but I am trying that's all I can say.
Every time I see this photo... It was taken in Ireland and I dream of going back and staying there... Forever. One day I'll go back and live there but I gotta work on taking care of me and being my best self so I can accomplish what I can in this life time.

Shaved my head.... I actually am not too big of a fan on how it turned out. ( That's what I get for being impatient and cutting it with a leg and arm pits razor) but it is nice feeling to know that you have a head and it has no hair to be judged or commented on. I truly feel like I can see myself better with no hair. Like I just see Zippy and it's a nice breath in and out.

Actually stayed outside for 2 and half hours. I tend to caveman and stay in my room. It was nice sitting in the grass and shade. I have a bad knee and tried to play basketball but that was short lived. My motto is just try, that is what is keeping me from losing my mind and getting too overwhelmed.
It's crazy to think I tried to survive with out keep my mental health in check and here I am needing to spend alot of time mending it and being gentle with myself like a feather.
Also open my Bible.. don't have many thoughts on that but it happened and I read.

I have never been so pumped as the day I was working with a client and we were pairing and it was just all Disney/ Sesame Street/ Mickey/ Princesses all day! I couldn't pick just one so all of them will have to do.
