Answers:

🤢: I usually go full on overboard! Well as much as I can anyway~

If I don’t or can’t, then it wasn’t worth it, I say! So yeah, typically go all in :3

Pain usually only happens when I’m extremely bloated with air or very very stuffed, though. Idk if that’s good or bad xD

📊 : It really depends if I’m trying to stuff myself or not. If I’m not I usually stop when I’m full. If I am trying to stuff myself, though…well~

I usually only stop once I legitimately feel and see that it’s round as if I’m pregnant xD

So I’d say when I’m too full UwU

🍩: Probably when I accidentally make too much food. Or get offered one too many donuts at a meeting, for example. It’s happened before lol

Sometimes my eyes really are bigger than my stomach, as they say xD

🏚️: For me, it’s definitely at home! However, it’s also much easier to stuff myself when say I eat a bunch of food at say, a restaurant or party, and then come home and continue to eat and stuff myself :3

But yeah, definitely at home for me!

🫄: Oh dear, I’d feel so embarrassed! >_<

Although it really depends where I am. If I’m home alone I’m definitely fine, but out in public��oh dear! I definitely would try to make my poor belly not noticeable 🫣

I went to a party tonight. I ate quite a a lot so got a bit bloated. I then decided when I got home to get more beers~

Poor tummy. It got completely stuffed and bloated. I feel so gassy >_<

I released gas on both ends, oof…beer really is the best~

I now am drunk so goodnight but dear god do I feel bloated as heck lol

Today after breakfast I had the most devilish idea I’ve had in quite a while: why not combine lunch and supper together? With lunch being a rather big piece of meat pie and supper being multiple very very large bowls of spaghetti? (And wine ofc)

If I took it slow and took breaks, I think I could do it.

And so, I set off to do just that. By the end of it, I had eaten a big slice of pie, 2 huge bowls of spaghetti, a glass of wine and a glass of water.

As I’m writing this I feel like I’m carrying a heavy ball in my belly lol

And it hurts a bit, I think? Idk. My belly definitely feels…stretched xD

Today after breakfast I decided to try to do like a makeshift gassy drink by swallowing air and then taking tiny sips of Gatorade each time to make it easier to swallow :3

I also decided to drink everything after I couldn’t swallow air anymore, dear lord did I feel STUFFED! >_<

Unfortunately, given it’s so big (6 minutes) I can only give you a picture. You’re gonna have to watch the video on instagram. Enjoy!~

I can't believe just how noisy my belly is tonight 😩 it's so audibly upset that I havent even needed a mic pressed up against my tummy to hear everything 😖 Excuse the background sound of my bf typing on his PC in the next room, but ngl I don't think you guys will have any issue hearing my stomach 😅

I can still feel everything trying to digest as I type this (trying being the key word here). At this point, it's been over an hour of feeling every inch of my belly burble and complain, and I think I can confidently say that it really isn't happy with me. The second I rolled onto my side, I just felt everything fighting to resettle, and it's just been gurgling embarrassingly loud and my belly looks and feels so full and bloated 😣

I went out for dinner tonight with some friends, but also didn't want to waste some food that was going to have to be thrown out if I didn't have it by tomorrow...

Soooooo, here's everything I've had over the last few hours that has ended up waging war in my belly:

A vanilla thickshake (approx 500mL)

Karaage chicken

Roast potatoes

Coke No Sugar (250mL)

2 bananas

A whole container of strawberries

A bowl of protein yoghurt

And about 3/4 of a 750mL bottle of sparkling water

I normally never eat this much in one sitting, but I just felt so guilty wasting any food. I have a few more videos and recordings that I might upload if I don't feel too self conscious showing my bloated tummy (especially since I've taken a hit to my confidence after gaining a bit of weight lately 🥲).
