I’ve always loved the idea of Bunnydoll and Abstragedy either double dating or hanging around each other, especially when Jax and Zooble are fighting while Ragatha and Gangle just have fun together and want to step in. To me, Ragatha would be happy that Gangle and Zooble found one another and are happy with each other (as she had no criticism towards them while Jax did) and Gangle would be surprised towards Ragatha internally but would be happy for her nevertheless. They’re just happy they found someone who wants them to be honest and true to themselves. As for Jax, I could see him trolling them (especially Zooble) while Jax and Zooble go back and forth insulting one another. Zooble would probably think Ragatha is too good for him (rightfully so), while Jax makes fun of Zooble for having bad taste.

However, both of them are down bad for their partners and they would call each other whipped whenever they can for it. Also, bottom Jax and bottom/switch Zooble cause why not?

i think so. ragatha is clearly a victim of overprotectiveness and abuse. however, i don't think she would share something so personal with anyone at this point because it's one thing to talk about her situation at home, and another to express her personal feelings and emotions about it. she might tell jax if she saw him in a vulnerable state or if he asked her directly. the chances are very slim, but they exist. as for pomni, i'm also not sure; it seems like their paths have diverged

everything is fine!! i am of legal age, just like jax and ragatha, so here are the headcanons:

1. ragatha and jax would be quite awkward in this regard, but ragatha would gather the courage to make the first move. jax would brag about his nonexistent wealth of experience in bed, but as things got serious, he would start to get really nervous, and ragatha, barely holding back laughter, would teach him what to do

2. jax would often joke in bed, saying that having sex with ragatha is like having sex with a pillow since ragatha is a doll, which would upset her, and she would try to come up with a witty retort. jax would pick up on this and improve his sexual skills so that ragatha wouldn’t criticize him

3. at times, jax and ragatha would begin to perceive sex as a competition. who can give more pleasure, etc., but jax would stop first because he wouldn’t want to upset ragatha at least in this aspect

4. despite jax's overall silliness, he would occasionally be gentle with ragatha. since they don’t have genitals, he would simply kiss her all over her body, but sometimes he would go further

5. jax would appear carelessly indifferent on the outside, but inside he would be attentive to every shift in ragatha's mood based on his caresses and other actions. he secretly enjoys ragatha’s sighs, and every time she closes her eyes and exhales in pleasure, jax’s ears amusingly droop, and he can’t take his eyes off ragatha’s face while she’s not looking

6. if there was a chance to use toys, jax and ragatha would definitely take advantage of it. then ragatha would think to get back at jax with a corn-shaped strap-on for all those inappropriate and hurtful jokes. jax would stop joking, but he would throw a huge tantrum, and they would stop talking for a while

7. they would accidentally make up when jax would resort to his favorite way of getting ragatha's attention — dragging centipedes into her room. ragatha would forgive him, and everything would return to normal. until the next fight

8. they would often share drunken kisses. after the bar adventure, jax would sneak a bottle of alcohol into his room and flirtatiously invite ragatha over

9. jax would try being on top and would honestly admit that he doesn’t like it. he expected ragatha to laugh and say he’s not masculine, but she would understand and hug jax so he wouldn’t feel awkward. i imagine they would have a conversation like this:

— ragatha, i... didn’t really enjoy being on top, — he would wait to see her reaction, wanting to catch any shift in her mood on her beautiful face, but she surprisingly replied easily:

— and what’s wrong with that? everyone has different preferences, and... it doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you. especially considering the lack of... well... geni... — ragatha would barely blush, looking at a relaxed and slightly smiling jax, — well, you get it. you would feel... awkward anyway. we both should feel good, right? — ragatha would barely open her arms to avoid embarrassment if jax didn’t notice, but he would fall into them and discreetly hug her back

I actually really do like the headcanon of Ragatha enjoying some of Jax’s antics but not showing it. Like that scene with her turning to Pomni while she was laughing didn’t look like, “How could you think that’s funny!?” and more like, “Wait. Is it okay if I enjoy this too?”

i think that's true. ragatha reacts defensively to the foolishness of NPC harm simply because she has a trigger for cruelty in general due to her mother, which is why it’s so hard for her to trust jax. but the problem is that, unlike pomni, ragatha can't look at situations from both sides. she always perceives things only from her own perspective, and the thoughts and feelings of others seem inaccessible to her. this is evident in her behavior with jax and pomni: ragatha just wants recognition and not to be alone, but whether she truly wants to get to know someone is still a question. ragatha embodies kindness without empathy, while jax shows empathy without kindness. ragatha lacks enough empathy to understand those around her and why her behavior repels everyone, while jax understands ragatha’s essence and the state of affairs but inflicts harm on everyone simply because it’s fun. ragatha doesn’t quite grasp how the emotional components of people, including jax and pomni, work, which is why she struggles to get along with both of them

I was thinking the same thing! The moment Jax was vulnerable about Ragatha, he covers it all up with his masking and says “she’s dumb and she looks weird” in a zoned out and smug tone, meaning he may find her the opposite???

i thought exactly the same!! it's quite possible that he doesn't consider anyone in the circus to be beautiful, except himself of course, lol, but i think if he made exceptions, ragatha would be one of them

yes, because when jax spoke the truth about ragatha, he had a different tone of voice and facial expression: worried, but not hateful, and when he spoke about her appearance, his mood changed and there was an obvious lie, so that jax would not feel vulnerable. i don't even know about ragata, she probably would have found him attractive if she had not been so against him

i don’t think i can write only cheerful headcanons, considering the likelihood that bunnydoll might shoot each other in the next episode 😭 so some will be sad

1. i find it very amusing that bunnydoll always looks like they want to touch each other but keep their distance due to their silly principles

2. if jax and ragatha were dating, they would sometimes practice bdsm. ragatha would be the top, and jax the bottom (this all comes from that bdsm dream about bunnydoll, forgive me)

3. jax would never make the first move towards confessing or showing interest in ragatha; he would more likely be pushed into it by dares from zooble or pomni

4. although it's unlikely, if jax and ragatha learned to understand each other's perspectives, they would also learn to trust one another, and then they would become a strong couple that the circus aura couldn't break

5. jax would often visit ragatha in her room. at first, it would just involve throwing centipedes at her, but then he would stay with her for long periods, just to scare her in the dark by suddenly popping out from under the bed

6. with each visit, jax would feel more comfortable and gradually stop teasing ragatha, sitting quietly while watching her embroider and muttering to herself

7. ragatha wouldn’t mind jax's visits only after he stopped bringing centipedes into her hands, and she would become more welcoming and friendly

8. one day, jax would have a nightmare about ribbit and go to ragatha for help, as she would already know him and could assist him

9. when it comes to headcanons regarding episode 6, things aren't so rosy. ragatha would shoot if jax drove her to the brink, and jax would take it to heart, as it would seem to him like realistic betrayal or something like that

i think even if ragatha openly expressed hatred toward jax, her interactions with him would still differ from the interactions between zooble and jax, because zooble understand jax's nature and are indifferent to his opinion, while ragatha is dependent on the opinions of others, even jax, which is canonical. so it is ragatha who complicates their communication, and by accepting the rules of the game, jax also makes life more difficult for both himself and her in the circus

if zooble can simply disdain jax, then ragatha seems to be stuck in place; she even tried to win his favor despite his hostility (ep 2), and god knows how many attempts she made before

ragatha seems to understand jax's nature, yet she also might not. it could also be that ragatha realizes their similarities and differences simultaneously, or perhaps, due to her insincerity, she cannot let go of the idea of getting along with him

jax and ragatha — both would shoot if given the chance, and there would definitely be a chance. ragatha would hesitate and wouldn't just shoot to avoid further damaging her relationship with jax, as for some unknown reason. she can't brush off his opinion of her. jax would shoot 50/50. he would do it because he still doesn’t take it seriously, but he would be upset if someone else shot at him and would take it to heart

jax and pomni — pomni prob wouldn't shoot, just like jax, considering her calm nature; they would just talk. don't think it's worth overestimating the strength of their camaraderie, but the likelihood of a shot is low mainly bc of pomni and also bc jax wouldn’t shoot at the only one he gets along with

jax and zooble — they would create a real bloodbath, and zooble would be more than willing to shoot

jax and gangle — jax would simply shoot at gangle, ngl

pomni and ragatha — there wouldn't be any shootings; rather, ragatha would point the gun at herself, which is very unlikely, but still possible

gangle and ragatha — they would be afraid to say an extra word to each other. here, the maximum would be a heartfelt conversation and improvement in their relationship

zooble and gangle — they would kiss, i tell you for sure

if you put jax and ragatha in a trust room, a shot could really happen, considering that no one dies in the circus; someone definitely wouldn’t hesitate to shoot. a shot here is equivalent to throwing ragatha into the deep fryer

variations of character duos trapped in the room and the likelihood of how much they need it

jax/ragatha - there are many signs pointing to a potential bunnydoll duet in the room with the gun. the storm starting in ep 6, the episode being split between jax and ragatha, and the apologies to bunnydoll shippers. if they end up in the room, they will likely argue again, with ragatha trying to calm down the aggressive jax, who would go crazy because of the weapon and possibly try to shoot her. they might have a revealing conversation since no one can hear them. the probability of them pairing up is 75 percent

jax/zooble - zooble is probably the only one who can stand up for herself if things go south, as she has a genuine aversion to jax and wouldn't joke around with him. she would likely shoot jax if necessary, just as he would shoot at her because the circus still feels not entirely real to him. the probability of them pairing up is 90 percent

jax/pomni - they are slowly establishing a trusting relationship, and their duo feels relatively safe because of that. pomni would stand aside, watching the crazed jax, or they would have a normal conversation. the probability of them pairing up is 40 percent

gangle/ragatha - they have many unresolved grievances and misunderstandings, and they should work through them. ragatha would open up well through gangle. the probability of them pairing up is 60 percent

pomni/ragatha - there is a lot of awkwardness and misunderstanding between them, and they definitely need to resolve it. there are also trust issues present. the probability of them pairing up is 65 percent

zooble/gangle - i’m not sure they even need to check their relationship for trust issues, but overall strengthening their friendship wouldn’t hurt, I think. the probability of them pairing up is 30 percent

tbh, i think the most likely pairings will be jax/zooble and pomni/ragatha, but in this post, i focused on the problematic nature of the relationships between the characters overall
