Alrighty! Eek.

Eek seems Mary Sue but I promise it’s all for plotline, aaaand mostly me being gay and wanting an oc x cannon bullshit but it generally pans out and fits with shit I promise.

Basically eek is like dib, he believes in aliens and the paranormal. At 15 he saw aliens for real and he tried to tell everyone that aliens really do exist. Not unlike dib he was bullied for it, heavily. The stress of this began to grow into paranoia to the point he developed the condition of his hair prematurely whitening. Thanks to this the bullying only got worse and he went on a steady mental decline.

He started to hallucinate things, bugs, people, aliens. He began to think aliens where after him if no one else has seen them but him. He also began to think he knew to much and that the government was after him too and that everything was a camera and watching him.

In a freak episode one of many he practically buzzed his hair so he wasn’t recognisable, for years he’d had these 2 strands of hair that NEVER wanted to stay down, so he let them and used them as make shift antenna to ‘disguise’ himself from the aliens. (Stealing my own hair cause I put my hair in antenna sometimes)

His mother declared him insane and hated him for his episodes, how he’d scream at night and his self destructive tendencies. She sent him to a lunatic asylum but rather than keep him in Britain she sent him all the way to America so that she’d never have to see him again. (She never really liked eek) How? She had a team knock him out and throw him on a plane drugged for the entire flight.

Eek spent 20 years in that asylum and you can imagine what happened. Beatings, chained, drugged, electro shock. Professor membrane in look for creating a ‘cure’ for dibs own temporary insanity goes to the asylum to find a suitable candidate for testing. He picks out eek since he’s perfect!

Unfortunately the professor didn’t plan for eek to be so- difficult? Not really the word, but eek was severally traumatised and stuck in the asylums punishment system. Slowly witnessing eeks episodes, his true insanity and the brokenness of the man professor membrane realises, eek was close to dibs age when this happened and now look where he was. It was a harsh reality that if he kept going the way he was going with dib than his own son could end up just like eek. Sleepless, not eating a thing and getting sick from real food, screaming from night terrors and hallucinations so bad that he’d strangle himself or stabbed himself thinking it was someone else’s hands. That’s not what he professor wanted for dib.

So he began to be more present in dib and gaz’s lives. He began to work with eek like a person rather than test subject and slowly found that eek was generally rather sweet when he wasn’t in his dissociative and manic episodes. He gets eek on the correct medications, helps him recover and get his eating back on track so his stomach doesn’t reject it immediately, he works through his episodes with him and works on his sleep. In turn eek becomes sort of a partner, helping with the kids, dib adores him, making him coffee and brining him lunch to make sure the professor remembers to eat whilst he works. And eventually the professor just falls for eek.

Eek becomes permanent residence at the membrane house hold and rather than a test subject hes an assistant. He is still by law under the asylum as a permanent patient and will be treated by society as such but the professor is working on shutting that system down so eek can go places and be treated like a human being without fear of restraint or being detained for being in public.

FUCK that’s reeaaally long and that’s only summarising it! Jfc. Anyways. That’s eek. This isn’t really very important and you don’t have to read about my silly little character if you don’t wanna. It is long lmao. enjoy my angsty gay little hurt to comfort timeline selfship bull. Also eek is a trans guy which is why his mum just wanted an excuse to throw him in the asylum. Also older trans folk rep cause I want that, eek is 35.

I’m so sorry i don’t have a pattern! I don’t make patterns or count what I’m doing at all it’s all just trial and doing what feels right even if it isn’t lol!
