Cubic Zirconia - EA Gem Cuts, extracted and made recolorable

IMPORTANT: This is deco, not a custom gemstone mod. Unfortunately :(

For when you really need a glowing pink heart gem or an amethyst that is, you know, purple.

This is something I tried to do years ago, when I was learning to convert, BUT the file with the gem meshes comes with all of them in a single group, with a jumbled UV map, cuts only noticeable by geostates. The only way to separate them is by hand and the copious use of the letter L while selecting vertices in Blender. Since the actual gemstone shader doesn't allow recoloring, I made do with Phong, Phong Alpha and Fullbright with some creative specular work and jacked up shininess. No, it won't have the animated shine of EA cuts, but it will work in a pinch.

All cuts, from Dust to Spire, $1 to $16, in Decor > Sculptures. They're FAKE, they don't need to be expensive!

For each cut, there are three versions: solid, translucent and glowing. Pretty much self-explanatory, but there ARE differences between presets in the first two:

Solid comes with EA sparklecube as specular in the 1st preset, a plain shiny one in the 2nd (for hematite and pyrite, for example) and an opalescent, colorful one in the 3d.

Translucent comes with opalescent in the first and sparklecube in the second.

The glowing versions work all the same. They DO have a Bloom factor and glow in the dark, but my game has a No Bloom mod, so the effect does not appear in the preview pic.

Buy Mode 4t3 conversions - Commission for @sushiikinsss

Three buy mode items: a stereo from Casanova Cave Kit, a camera from Island Living (WA required) and a string of polaroids that work as a wall light.

Polaroids are overlay only, other items are recolorable. They're also a little above average at the poly count at the 1.5k, but it's nothing to worry about.

Welcome to Brume

Hi! I started a BACC, and my city is called Brume (which means “Haze” in French). I’m following the rules from PleasantSims. Her BACC rules are relatively simple compared to others, but I won’t always stick to them : the goal is to have fun. For example, my park isn’t just decorative : my Sims can build their skills there. One of the rules is not to buy furniture until a local furniture store opens, but I’m considering allowing my Sims to order furniture from SimCity, with an added shipping cost.

A SimCity Project: Brume

Brume is an experimental SimCity project. It’s a social experiment designed to study user behavior and see whether a small city with limited funding (and minimal rules) can be sustainable in the long term. Five (brave) Sims agreed to live in Brume. They had to fill out a questionnaire, and based on their answers, they received different amounts of funding and housing — but there are clear inequalities.

~North Bend Lots~

People asked several times about my North Bend Lots, so i put up some more for download. Some of them are inspired by the buildings in Twin Peaks, some are copies from real buildings in Snoqualmie and North Bend. Most of them are still wips, so they're not fully built yet. Do whatever you want with them to create your own unique town :) I tried to delete or at least reduce the CC i used, but some of them may still contain some cc walls or patterns. You might miss them if you don't own the CC cause my DLs come as package only. Just put them in your library. You can find the right location for each lot in the description.

I created a folder for all my NB lots on mediafire. Simfileshare seems not working right now, I'll add them later.

You must set up the CAW framework to have custom objects show up in the CAW application. The buildings should show up when editing a custom world in game, if you also have them in your game's mod folder, but I couldn't test it so I'm not 100% sure.

More Obvious Occults Mod!

Maybe it's just me, but I'm always forgetting which colour represents which occult in the relationship panel, so I did myself a solid and added in icons for each occult.

Fangs = Vampire Wand = Witch Wings = Fairy Crescent = Werewolf

Only the occults from the Supernatural pack have icons - the rest never had unique border colours, I guess EA forgot about them.
