Emotions are short-term moments of experience, that is, short instantaneous reactions to one or another stimulus.
There are seven basic emotions (fear, interest, joy, sadness, aggression, disgust and surprise). Emotions are related to dynamics and movement - rapid change of facial expression, gestures, change of intonation.

And feelings are long-term, stable experiences that are connected with thinking, beliefs, this is a conscious attitude to the situation. Feeling reflects personal significance, needs, values.
It can be positive, negative, conscious or unconscious.
A feeling can be subtle and hidden, for example, love, regret, it arises with the emotions in mind, not the other way around.
Distinguish between feelings and emotions to understand yourself and other people.

ა Will we cook muffins with chocolate together? ‿ 💫 ⼺ ⁺
ָ  °   🪼   ᨦ ingredients:
200 g of flour
100 g of sugar
10 g of baking powder
1/2 tsp. of salt
180 ml of milk
80 ml of oil
85 g of milk chocolate
100 g of cream cheese
᪤    ₊  🪼   ° cooking:
⋆ combine all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. in a separate container, mix oil, milk, egg and mix well.
⋆ add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. add cream cheese and mix again. cut the chocolate into small squares and also add to the dough.
⋆ mix carefully. bake for 20 minutes at 180°. check readiness with a wooden skewer. Bon appetit!
